I participated in this school for one year. I left because the school age teacher was unkind to my child. I spoke with the teacher to try to get a better understanding and the manager of the school. I don't think the teacher was reprimanded. I like the location of this center, if it weren't for the teacher we would still be there. Children under three and infants are well cared for.

She had a tough start, but the teachers were patient and kind and helped her adjust. It wasn't very long before she would light up when she saw them. It was my first experience with daycare as well and everyone was very supportive, answering any questions I had, making recommendations for my daughter based on what they had seen and their experience; it really helped to calm my anxiety. I have always felt that she is safe and well cared for there. She has grown immensely in her time there and I truly believe it is because of the effort of the teachers. We get weekly lesson plans and daily updates of what they're doing and how it contributes to her growth. We had our first parent teacher conference and the teacher showed up prepared with observations and opportunities for my daughter. You can tell they care about the kids and their growth. Let me tell you that our daughter learned so much from the wonderful teachers. Everyday she shares something new she has learned. It feels like a true family. It is so easy every day dropping her off at school. I genuinely trust every single teacher and director. They communicate throughout the day and I love that I know she is learning, happy and safe. Ashley goes over and beyond with the Pre-K kids. She truly has a heart of gold. She cares for the children and you can see that teaching is her passion. Imagine our nerves and worries after the previous place. This never occurred at Family Life. The staff has been outstanding so far and the stages and assessments have been worry free, no actually, really rewarding. Communication has been good and we always feel welcome. I suggested to the administration that they never let her go. MY GRATITUDE TO YOU ELLEN. The KITCHEN STAFF works hand-in-hand with Ellen. Every activity is always accompanied by lovely food treats. As a unique example, on the BABY SHOWER DAY, the kitchen staff had carved a watermelon in the shape of a baby. That same CREATIVITY is shown in the kitchen also. ACTIVITIES AND THE KITCHEN FIT TOGETHER LIKE A HAND IN A GLOVE. I know just a couple of the kitchen staff -- Justin Harris and Stephanie -- but you can tell that all of them work very hard to keep the residents strong and healthy.
