.If you're thinking about moving here, DON'T and here's why... Your journey to hell will begin with the Sales Office. They do not care about you and finding a suitable home for you, they only concern about their $1,500 or more commission when they sell you a house. They'll tell you how great the Community is but there are serious issues here and if you look at the newer built homes the foundations are cracked, and the builders didn't even miter the corners of the window trim. If they tell you you're allowed to have two cars in the community, know that they're lying. They're also gossips, so believe that if you tell them anything confidential it'll get around the community. Next stop the community office... The women at the front desk do not care about you. They care about your money, following the community guidelines completely, and how they appear to upper management. They will talk nightly nicely to your face but the moment you turn your back, they will gossip about you. They'll call you paranoid, ignore your complaints, and have no idea how to do problem resolution. Speaking of problems, the new Community Manager. He seems like he'll be a nice guy until you say something that he doesn't like and then he'll yell at you and be disrespectful. He does not have any Community management experience. He's easily manipulated by the staff mentioned above. He too is only concerned about Community guideline adherence, not helping troubled tenants, and looking good to upper management. People are already making bets on how long he'll last here. Managing the staff is not something he's good at, the women in the office talk about the tenants in front of other tenant. The maintenance guy who serves the doggie park has hit on and alienated so many female tenants here that he was downgraded from his original position to picking up poop in the doggy park. Instead of firing him, which they should have done long ago, he's been banished to picking poop. One of the security guards was asked by a tenant how to deal troubling Neighbors and he told her to show the neighbors her boobs. This is an employee of the community! Another point about the security here, you may think that the security guards at the front are also there to take care of the tenants and the community but you would be wrong. They are simply there to guard the front gate. Some of them are better than others and most of them, except for the one listed above are quite dedicated to their jobs but they're limited to what they can do and if you have a problem, you are urged by the community office to call the police. There are no security guards or emergency staff available from 11:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. There are good amenities here and when you look at the community it seems like they have a lot of really good ones and the amenities are the best thing about this space. But beware, when the indoor pool area was resurfaced recently all of the debris ended up in the pool that is currently sitting on the bottom of it that includes glue, caulk, paint, and who knows what else.?! Who wants to swim in that?! Right after they did the indoor pool they did the outdoor pool and the same thing happened. Who wants to swim in a bunch of toxic waste?! This community, at first glance appears to be idealic, but there are deeply rooted issues here, it is not managed well, there are water main breaks that occur weekly and they shut off your water for hours or days! If any of your items are damaged from the water main break they will insist that you need to pay for them by filing a claim with your insurance company. Yhe office staff is dedicated only to themselves and not to you. It may seem like one of the cheaper places to live, but in the end you'll pay. Residents file legit complaints and he completely disregards them, won't return phone calls and is so disrespectful and dismissive when he actually talks to residents...But, he has to be chased down to even talk to him. This place has some amazing facilities. Although it is their off season they still have activities for the people who live there full time or at come to stay awhile in the rv spots. The staff is friendly and Lucy in sales is great. She worked with me for about 6 months to find a place that I liked. She handle all the paperwork and was a great advocate for me during the negotiation process. If you're looking for a park model in a way above average park give Lucy a call. read more

The COVID-19 virus is rampant. However, I felt that this was important enough to post. Superstition Sunrise RV resort is not an RV resort. This is a Trailer Park. They do have some seasonal traffic, however not much. There seems to be two groups that are quite diverse. Those that have trailer homes and those that have recreational vehicles. There is very little interaction between the two groups. While the facilities are OK, they are very dated and could use a facelift. The community is a 55 and up age park. However, I think the majority of residence are 70 and older. That is simply a guess. I would not stay here again. I do understand that the park has been sold to a new ownership group. read more

Huge corporation run amok. They treat residents like annoying children and don't t care. Many major projects are started and they take months to finish. Projects torn up and left laying around un finished with NO explanation as to why. Terrible communication with residents. Unkept sites. read more

I'm very impressed with this 40 year old resort. New owners have remodeled all the buildings and added new bathrooms at the pool, they are gorgeous! They also upgraded the very large pools to salt water, sublime for sure. Activities are off the hook, there is something for everyone; glass shop, wood shop, ceramics, an in-park softball field, multiple fenced dog parks, nine pickleball courts, exercise classes and much much more. I love this place and would give it six stars if available. The other exceptional part is the staff and residents, people there are engaged and active, it's really a b-b-blast! read more

The resort is under remodel construction with most facilities closed and fenced off. The outdoor pool went cold the last three days of our stay. There was no "welcome" package, very poor internet at the site (that costs $6/day), and when I asked at the office about cable tv, they said they'd send maintenance over. We never saw them so never had TV. No explanation of what was available to us from the office staff. Our site was a dirt spot that locals said had had the concrete pad removed (likely to put in a park model). That being said, the residents are great. We met our neighbors the first day and they introduced us to a large group of fun people. We took swim classes, went on local hikes, and attended dinner parties. Very fun time. The place is really designed for permanent residents, not travelers. read more

We bought in 2014, it was a beautiful, fun park. Since then it has been sold to a cooperation. The current owners, obviously have no idea how their management team is dealing with the park patrons. The customer service sucks and they have a large turn around on the staff. This was a lovely park, the people who live here are friendly and fun, and you use to have a good time here. The Park is now tearing up things that were perfectly fine the way it was, and not fixing the things that really need to be addressed, such as water lines, sewer smell, back gate, cable t.v. and wi-fi, as well as other things. With all of this they still see fit to raise the rent more than the residents were informed. Trying to have a meeting or sight with the actual owners to get the residents feedback is none existent. Unfortunately we are now only a number and a $ sign. Carlise Group supposedly owns other parks as well, my question is are they all run this poorly??? Save your money go elsewhere. This park has been purchased by a big corporation and they have slowly screwed the park and its people over in a major way. They don't care about the people who live or come to stay here, money is all they care about. Last year the septic tank overflowed and Lassie had sewage flowing down the street not to mention there is a constant sewer smell at some sites. I have sold my park model and will not return. So sad about this park. What used to be a 5 star park in 2016 is now barely a 1 star. Cobblestone management has made mistake after mistake. They start all these projects....but don't finish them! They buy and plant new trees but don't water them....so they die. Pickleball courts torn up, grill area torn up, sewer smell in the streets, water shut off weekly for breaks in the pipes. park under new Managment and has gone downhill since. water leaks almost every week. showers and laundry closed for repairs and they offer porta potties by pool. fire exit gate broke and they lock it 24/7. housekeeping on inside areas lacking. not a 5 star resort at all. local Managment not very truthful or helpfull. read more

Many resorts are run by large corporations and are customer/user focused, well managed, and have happy and long term employees. This creates a great culture and experience for users. Unfortunately, I believe the culture at this resort has changed dramatically since it was purchased by a corporation several years ago. There has been a constant turnover of managers, assistant managers, activity directors, and maintenance staff. The "customer service" aspect that was a highlight of this park seems to me to have disappeared and replaced by a "we" vs "they" mentality. I find the communication from the park is often late, unclear, contradictory, or after the fact. This is a lovely park, the people who live here are friendly and fun, and you will have a good time here. But if you decide to buy or rent long term here you'll likely be frustrated by your interactions with the way the park is managed. read more
