The quotes weren't sitting well with me. Then a simple ad for a comapny called E4 showed up in my feed and I asked my husband to call and have them come give us a quote. I am so very glad that I did. This is when I met Garth, who was professional and honest and went the extra mile of figuring out how to get into our attic space, got into said space, and cleaned up from the mess of getting into the space, too.  The great service didn't end there. The quotes Garth gave us were lower than the previous quotes had been. And he offered to help out when we had our insurance company come out to look over the damage weather had done to our roof. Garth's knowledge and expertise helped out so much in uncharted territory. He even made an extra trip (about an hour drive) just to double check and verify his measurements when he and our insurance adjuster's number weren't matching.  Garth was also able to hook us up with gutter guards and apparently can help with foundation work, too.  The work was all completed in a day. And the day of the work it wasn't just the roofers who showed up to work. Garth was here pitching in, and doing work, too.  Garth really went above and beyond for us and we will never forget it.      It's wonderful when you come across genuine people who truly care about helping others. When notified the manager promptly made amends, however after that he did not follow through and the crew continued to disrespect the property and leave dangerous debris. After the workmen left for the last time there were many nails left on my driveway. It is possible that had the manager stopped by more often, the men would have been more inclined to respect property and to properly clean up! While the roof is probably fine, I can't recommend this company until the workmen are trained and supervised in respect for property and in cleanup.

They had many types, styles and colors of shingles to choose from including the Class 4 shingles preferred by my insurance company. All of the stove pipes and exhaust/sewer vents were painted a nice matching color. The work looks to be perfect. The cleanup was spotless - no nails and no pieces of shingles laying around. They were careful and moved my deck furniture, swing and grill out of the way and back in place when finished. They did everything in ONE day. The weren't cheapest but very close and I am so glad I chose them over the other firms who came and gave estimates. I am a fan and would recommend Sonntag to everyone.
