It left gaps that allowed snow and rain to enter our home. We had an active breeze in our home. It took almost a year, over 12 "no show" appointments for them to finally replace the windows with the correct size. I was in contact with them, but now they refuse to call me back. It has been a nightmare. Do not use this company. They will not keep appointments and they will show up unexpectedly to finally do work that can't be completed. We also had all of our outside wrap ripped off and left that way for several months. It truly made the house look awful.

We are extremely unsatisfied customers with our new sunroom. We have had one issue after another…read more We have had rain water gushing in our windows onto our new flooring, gutters leaking all over, sunroom was built out of square, wind blows right in, etc. For as much money as we spent on this sunroom built by Midwest Construction we feel we got a very poor quality product. I would not recommend you invest your money into these sunrooms.

When we met again he said they would have to cut into my roof, I have a metal roof. I questioned this but he said they do it "all the time." When the builder showed up he said the don't cut into metal roofs. The builder had to cut the walls down because of this glaring error. The builder said he would get the sunroom completed in 5 days, it took 10. As time went on, he kept showing up to work later and later and would disappear for hours on end. He damaged a roof tile installing it. He damaged two walls. Although, not in the contract, he said he would build a small set of steps into the sunroom, he didn't do that. When he came back to put in the heating/cooling unit he was supposed to put the trim along the electric track. He tried to leave and I asked him about it, he said it wasn't his responsibility. I stated the electrician told me that it was the builder's responsibility. He said he has never installed the trim before and called his supervisor and the electrician (both made him do it). The builder didn't bother to have me look at the room when he finished, he simply took off and texted that he was done. He sunk a screw into the sliding door track so I had to call and get that fixed. It took 2 1/2 months for someone to come out and remove 1 screw. That builder said there were several things that needed to be fixed and the supervisor would call me the next week. The supervisor never called (this was in 2/21). A subcontractor called and said he would be out to take a look but was busy that week and would call back the following week. He never called back and never showed up. The roof started leaking in 8/21. I called Midwest 8/2/21 and haven't heard back. HORRIBLE customer service. I've been given every excuse as to why they aren't able to come out timely. Their warranty is worthless if they don't have people to service their projects. I would not recommend them, EVER. I'm not sure why it lists me as living in California, I'm in Iowa.

I was in a precarious situation where I needed my roof done on a certain date. Matt and his company were able to fit me in the schedule during a very busy season, and were able to get the job done on such a short notice.. They had the roof done within a day and the work was of high quality. After the work was complete, everything was picked and cleaned up, you couldn't tell that a huge project had been done except for the amazing looking roof. I would absolutely use Alliance Exteriors again and am going to recommend them to anyone who needs roofing and gutter work. All I have left is an awesome roof! They completely tore off all the old shingles from the house and the garage, then wrapped the roof, shingled it and installed new flashing, they cleaned up the job, and were done in 4 hours I can not believe it. And, I have a 30 year warranty as well as a 15 year craftsmanship guarantee. These guys rock! When they told me they had another job and would be by my place at one I was worried because the heavy rain expected the next day. I did not know they would bring a roofing armada fully equipped with everything including a crane truck to lift the shingles to the roof. This crew is amazing to watch.
