Pick up time was only for 1-1/2 hour. Location was on the other side of town from me. I arrived a few minutes late. The building was locked and I was told the auction people had left and that room was all locked up. I sent an email right away to make arrangements to pick up my things. One day later I got an answer-- pick up was not possible as my items were " donated". I then called this company and asked when I would get a refund? Answer: no refund. I consider this stealing. And wonder what other criminal acts they are associated with? I am discussing this with my attorney.
