THE BEST DECISION YOU CAN MAKE IS TO HAVE THEM HELP GET YOUR APPLIANCE WORKING AGAIN! I wrote that in all caps because I am literally yelling it to everyone I know. Let me tell you why below but if you don't want to read all of it, in summary Robert was KNOWLEDGEABLE, HONEST, CUSTOMER FOCUSED, and PROFESSIONAL: 1. Our Samsung refrigerator started getting warm Saturday night and I immediately went into Yelp to see if I could find someone to come out and fix it. Everyone who wrote back told me they had Monday available...not this company...they let me know they could come out the next morning...Sunday - which is normally their day off! 2. Robert arrived on time Sunday morning and immediately went to work diagnosing my problem. He told us we needed to defrost our fridge for a couple of days but we would likely need some parts and he would get them on Monday when the parts store opens, but to move everything to our fridge in the garage. He gave us a breakdown of the cost and we decided to move forward. 3. The next day (Monday) he let me know he had the parts and asked what day works for us for him to come back out. He came back the following morning (Tuesday) on time and went right to work. With the refrigerator defrosted he was able to test that my panel and defroster were fine but there were several upgrades needed to prevent my fan and pan from freezing up again. While making the upgrades and troubleshooting he also fixed the ice machine issue we had been having, cleaned out our coils, and did it all for much less than the original quote since some of the parts weren't needed and he was honest enough to let us know. 4. They have just gained a loyal customer and Robert was awesome! Stop searching and go with this company - you will not regret it! read more

My immediate need was to determine WHY my well-known brand of a 2021 Side-by-side Refrigerator/Freezer stopped working. I placed my requirement for an experienced refrigerator repair person on Yelp. Robert Taylor, Supremacy Appliance Repair, technician, was one of the first five to respond to my needs. He listened to my needs and explained when he could get to my residence to resolve the issue; and, within 90 minutes arrived at my address. Needless to say, he quickly determined after a diagnostic that it was a compressor that went out and needed replacement. He pointed out the advantages of doing the repair versus getting a free compressor due to the 10 year warranty on the refrigerator freezer. He put everything back together and said thank you very much. I want to advise you that he provided "quality service" through customer satisfaction. After he completed his diagnostic, he cleaned up everything, put the refrigerator back together and placed it back against the wall. You could never tell that the refrigerator freezer was ever moved. I had a bad experience last year with another appliance repair tech, was charged $400 dollars for a repair that only lasted for a week. I ended up buying a new fridge instead.
