The company said they wanted another confirmation the morning of the installation. As a school bus driver under camera surveillance I am not permitted to use my phone or I will be fired. Got a break in to my 2012 Cadillac SRX rear window and was helpless on a Sunday after the holiday as most of the shops are closed. Called them up and the manager set me up with a early Monday Apt. which they came right on time that was assigned and have the Job done in less then an hour. Also I had a concern about the glass thats being installed since its factory OEM privacy glasses which turn out to be exactly the same.
