I am an Airbnb host, and I needed a $150 turnover home cleaning service. Dawn told me the first cleaning should be a $250 deep cleaning. I booked a deep home cleaning service online for September 30, 2024, at 2:00 pm, but Dawn changed my schedule repeatedly... On October 1, 2024, from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, my house was not cleaned?! Dawn forced me to pay before the service, and after I paid, she did not respond to me anymore, and no cleaners came! I stopped the service and requested a refund! We hired them to do a move out clean. Two ladies came one only stayed like 2-3 hours. The other one stayed until almost midnight. I wanted to wait, but she was taking a long time and promised me she would lock up the garage and send me pictures. The pictures looked awesome! The sink the refrigerator all look amazing ! However the buyers send pictures of the toilets back a few days later.... It's very disappointing and very embarrassing. we even gave a $30 tip with our reservation and another $20 cash tip before I left. The lady only got the $20. I handed to her. I needed a cleaning crew good company I contacted Dawn and she was super nice and kept One thing I noticed and will not use them is this company to UNPROFESSIONAL and SUPER UNRELIABLE We were supposed to get a deep cleaning done but then it all went down to hill. I had an appointment and I waited over a hour and half for the girl to show up. I contacted and spoke to Dawn and she said that she will contact the cleaner who was Sarah. She said she called left multiple messages with her and said it's unlike her not to answer so she said she would call her daughter to make sure she ok. Well waiting a hour in half I told DAWN I have stuff to do I am Not going to wait all day when I had a time set up then I get a lie and a text from her when I was home literally all morning waiting there no way o could not her a knock on the door or the door bell ring: when I was right there and kept talking to Dawn back and fourth, I don't get how this company will succeed with poor lack of dishonesty I got this message at 130pm yesterday Sarah said she was there and was knocking on the door and no one was answering. She said it was a total waste of gas and she's upset as well so I'm not saying that she is right or wrong. I'm just relaying the message. First off I don't like to pay upfront before services are rendered but because all the nice reviews I did. Dawn is very nice however her girls did not start until about 4:45 pm when they were to start at 8@ As I was driving from Cali mountains to come to a clean home I get there and 3 girls there 2 left after few hours huh then Heidi and Josephine the manger finished up they were there until 1@ They were great but why Dawn does not confirm the girls to be at the house and they show up 8 hours later is beyond me as I own my own vacation rental company I.
