Our first major interaction was with Kyle when we visited the showroom to design our dream pantry. The showroom itself is beautiful and filled with inspiring examples that really help you visualize the possibilities for your own space. Kyle used an impressive design program to create a 3D rendering based on our ideas, and it turned out exactly how I had imagined. He was incredibly patient as I asked for several tweaks to the initial mockup until everything felt perfect. My husband and mother were with me, and Kyle made sure to include them throughout the entire process. Kyle is not only highly charismatic, but he truly exemplifies exceptional customer service--something that feels increasingly rare these days. He is kind, patient, personable, and has excellent sales skills without EVER feeling pushy. All of this made it easy to move forward with confidence, knowing we were in great hands. Their stellar reviews already spoke for themselves, and the design experience was truly the cherry on top. On installation day, Ronnie took great care to cover our floors and keep our home as clean and organized as possible throughout the install. He was incredibly kind, communicative, and highly professional. I always make a point to mention in my reviews whether I felt safe with workers in my home, and I felt completely safe with Ronnie. That is incredibly important to me--working with a business where women can feel comfortable and secure having workers in their home. He completed everything in just two days, and as an added bonus, he noticed a leak coming from one of our washer hoses when he pulled it out from the wall. The hose was rusted and corroded, and we had no idea there was an issue. Because he took the time to point it out, we were able to replace it before it became a much bigger problem. We truly appreciated that extra level of care, especially since he didn't have to mention it at all. We could not be any happier with our pantry/laundry room!!! If only I had taken some "before" photos of our tragic former pantry, so that I could show what a true, magical glow-up transformation that this remodel has been! The receptionist was apologetic and had to track her down. Nazarena eventually called me at 4:15 PM and arrived around 4:30 PM, later admitting that she had written down the wrong appointment time. When she arrived, I explained that I needed to leave by 5:15 PM for another commitment. Despite the shortened appointment window caused by her late arrival, I tried to explain my vision for the project. What surprised me was the lack of design input. As a homeowner, I'm hiring a designer because I want professional ideas, creativity, and recommendations. Instead, I felt like I was expected to provide most of the direction. Nazarena took measurements and worked on a rough design and quote. Before leaving, she confirmed my email address and told me she would send everything later that day. As of the following day, I had received no email, phone call, or text message. This was especially disappointing given the earlier scheduling issue. My wife and I are investing in what we consider our forever home. We're not financing the project and are prepared to pay for quality work and service. Throughout this process, I've met with several designers, contractors, and builders, and most have been attentive, responsive, and professional. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope Closet Factory addresses these communication and customer service issues because first impressions matter, especially when customers are making significant investments in their homes.

We'd talked with two other companies prior to Closet & Storage Concepts, and it was really no contest. The showroom is great, and Sofia kept us in the loop along the way. There were a few hiccups with install: product delays which turned into an extra day of install, some areas weren't quite cleaned-up, and we noticed our dryer now has a pretty good dent in it from the install (to be fair, we have not brought the dryer dent to their attention yet, and will update this review after we do). That said, Rob and Sofia made sure a team came out the next day to finish and fine-tune the cleanup, and the end product is exactly what we wanted. I definitely recommend.
