You want to talk about lack of COMMUNICATION, you don't do that or your significant other when rescheduling our times for dance. You lack the common courtesy to reach out to us when we needed to know if my child was going to dance with her partner. This season trying to understand if my child was going to dance on her day was always up in the air because of your UNPROFESSIONALISM. If you are going to LIE at least give everyone the common courtesy and tell people the reason. FYI the communication from the owner was simple, I had no issues it's called being straightforward and not HIDING or waiting for the last minute and become a VICTIM. I don't like saying much when it comes to the studio or owner. I have COMMUNICATED with her and had no issues there. This post sounds like someone is upset because you didn't get your way. I have nothing against you or your choices BUT you let it get this way. I saw MY CHILD suffer cause of the LACK of COMMUNICATION we got from your side. But wish you luck and success where you decide to go. If you are still reading, my child loves this place and she has anxiety issues but the STAFF does everything to assist her and feel at home. The owner has a lot of parents that come from different backgrounds and she scrambles to please everyone. Her strength to adapt and over come in such a short time after taking over has shown my family, it's the best place to be. I enjoy coming to the studio and seeing everyone happy and enjoying being part of the dance family. I can't wait for the new SEASON and recommend this Studio for anyone to come dance. We are so happy we found this studio! My daughters have been dancing here for a couple years and are on the competition teams. They absolutely love it here. The family atmosphere is so welcoming. All of the teachers are very talented and know their stuff. The owner, Lauren, is so sweet and really cares about the kids. My girls confidence and skills have grown so much since starting here. Dance styles that they didn't like before they absolutely love now because of the teachers. If you are looking for a studio to call home for your dancer this is it!!! read more

My 9 year old daughter and 6 year old son dance at Supreme Dance Center. It's a very family friendly studio and the classes are great! My son loves his Hip Hop class and looks forward to going every week. Supreme has done wonders for my daughter's confidence. She's excelling at school and her confidence is through the roof! Our daughter will be starting her 3rd season with Supreme dance center and our daughter's 7th year competing. SDC has more than met our expectations and standards. Our daughter has grown tremendously and loves going to dance practice. Not only has she improved as a dancer, she has made many friends and adores her dance teachers and SDC staff . We gave our word and decided to stay and support the new director/teacher Lauren Cumplido for season 4, to help and establish her business. The worst decision my family and I ever made. The clues were all there. The dancers who have been dancing with the previous owners refused to stay and left before and after the changes happened. My children and other kids would be coming out from practice crying. Lauren uses fear, taking her anger out on the kids during practice, and demoralizing words to get what she want. My children loved dance since they started with the previous owners Lauren and Amanda for seasons 2 &3. However, all the things people did loved about the studio disappeared when they left. Parents had Major problems with inappropriate costumes, lack of communication, lack of transparency, lying, unethical business practices. Lauren the director would be yelling and disrespecting her mother (the manager) in front of everyone.(kids and adults) Our problem started when my son barely got only his top costumes two days prior the competition and I had to run around looking for a matching pants and shoes because his solo costume were never revealed until I asked for them. Then same thing happened on the next competition. Again, I have to find a matching pants because the director and management hired a seamstress that doesn't make pants. No responsibility and accountability whatsoever on their part. After the fact costume fees we due and paid couple of months before competitions. Second, She kicked off my other child based on other parents gossiping and hating on my daughter. Lying about her not being injured and showing video that my daughter danced weeks before her injury as proof. The fact we gave Lauren the doctor's and ER notes and still made the decision based on parents input tells me she was after getting my children kicked off the team and keep the money. Not only did she kicked off my daughter for the wrong reason and her breaking the contract, uninvited our daughter to the end of the year team bonding she lied about our payments to the competition company is not refundable. Yes, she refunded the first one but not the second one, which was the highest amount. I asked for proof of that statement for the dance company but she couldn't provide one because it's a lie. I reached out to the company and sent me their rules and regulations which to state it's credited back to the dancer for next competition or convention. The directors last toxic attempt was towards my 9 years old son. Lauren try to get my family and son not to attend the last competition by doing fake documents, deleting us from all type of communication between the studios and parents like band app and facebook. As per fully paid and costumers we received the most heinous service from the new Supreme Dance Center owner. We have been the one who have been supportive, understanding to numerous cancellations and rescheduling solo and duo practices due to the director/teacher, child, and other parents personal reasons. However, they have the audacity to be two-faced to me and to my family. I felt like the instructors here are subpar compared to other instructors in the area. We have moved to a different dance studio and the difference is night and day. My child who went there for about 4 months didn't really learn anything. And when you attend a recital - you will see that most kids didn't learn anything either. Lol. It was a mess - just a bunch of kids running around . Horrible. Anyways, yes it's cheaper than the nearby studios but if you really want you child to learn to dance send them there instead of this place- where they will learn absolutely nothing. read more

I'm pretty happy with SDC. They were one of the few here in our area to provide private dance classes. And I signed my daughter up for a tween hip hop class as well. If you're a adult and would like to drop in on hip hop class, they offer those as well. Shout out to Miss.LoLo and Mrs. Lauren, they're both dance instructors who we come and see. read more

A paid customer, just like me, gave me a bad review. Interesting? Mr. Cesar D. (Who are you?) It's funny that you took the time to direct this at me. I assume you'll address other negative reviews on this site. Probably not. In response to your claim that we lack communication, please don't pretend to be engaged in anything other than picking up your child, much less communicating with my wife or me. During the last three years at this studio, I've never met or spoken with you. Now, the parents we have met and actually talked with have my full respect. People who are consistently at the studio, Monday through Friday, know what really happens. To address your claim of common courtesy and unprofessionalism, as I mentioned, we have never spoken to each other before, and if there were ongoing scheduling conflicts or issues that affected our child's well-being, you and I, as Fathers, should have put forth more effort to resolve them. I won't get into detail, but there were many occasions my child's paid practice sessions were either delayed or canceled, and it wasn't for the lack of communication between parents. There is nothing funny about our experience with Supreme this past season. It's disappointing since we've enjoyed this studio in the past. Using this platform gives us, as paid customers, the opportunity to share the services we receive from organizations. Sadly, this studio didn't work out for my children. My Daughter Danced at studio The First 4 years it was open under the previous owners Ms. Lauren and Miss Amanda, she loved the positive environment that they created in the studio everyone felt like family and was so passionate about always coming to dance to see her friends. The fourth season was a complete turn around under the new ownership of Lauren Cumplido it changed from being a fun activity into something where they were pitting dancers against each other. Playing favorites with some of the dancers while leaving the rest feeling neglected and losing their confidence in general it was sad seeing some of the students come out of class distressed and unmotivated on how they were performing in class. I also was disappointed when Miss Lolo got rid of pictures from previous seasons from the wall and windows. I would really think about sending my son or daughter to this dance studio as it stands, highly disappointed! read more

I Reached out to Supreme Dance Center after two different people recommended them from two different sites. I needed someone to choreograph my daughter's Surprise dance for her Quinceañera and I am so glad we chose them. Lauren was amazing and choreographed exactly what we always imagined. My daughter and her court had so much fun during rehearsals and most importantly our guest loved the performance the day of the Quinceañera. All the good things I heard about them were VERY TRUE. Terrible, terrible staff/owners. No way would we bring our kids to this place again, nor would we recommend that anybody does. We were specifically told during our initial visit that TWO adults would be allowed in with a 2 year old. (Yes, even during these COVID times) Fast forward a few days to the first class and we are told to leave a 2 year old with a complete stranger and wait outside. Kids as young as this are wary of strangers (And should be), so she was scared immediately with my wife leaving her. Well we left and we will not be back, you can take that to the bank, because you certainly will not be getting another cent out of us. I'm sure your comment about distractions usually works, but not after we specifically asked about being with her. Such a shame that a 'kids' dance studio would treat a 2 year old like this. Make sure you do your research before committing to this facility, and please believe that their word means nothing when it comes to what actually happens. Nor after the fact, when you have the audacity to leave a review stating what had happened. It's amusing watching their review page on Facebook, positive reviews all over (Friends, relatives maybe?).........I left a negative review there and within 2 minutes people who were blatantly friends of the owners were all over me. I'd already received personal messages from one of the owners (Lauren) denying that my granddaughter was even at their dance studio. When it became clear that she was indeed at the studio, it was a full on attack by their buddies, telling us what good people they were. One particularly batty woman telling me she witnessed the whole thing and I had arrived late to the whole thing, (I was NEVER there myself, NEVER been in the Dance Studio EVER,) so she was lying straight away. Maybe if they knew what had really happened they wouldn't have been so quick to tell me that I was lying about what I'd posted.. There are several Dance studios in the Murrieta/Temecula area, you'd do well to go elsewhere. read more

We have been part of the Supreme Dance Center Competition Team since the opening in 2019. The previous owners were two truly amazing sisters that cared for all of our children and provided them incredible support and encouragement. From the opening of this studio until 1 year ago I would have given this studio 5 stars, but as of this time last year the studio is now under new ownership and management. The new owner and director supports some of the students, but not all of them, and makes it very uncomfortable for parents that have concerns. The new management shares families information with other families that should be kept confidential, and displays reactive and retaliatory behaviors when they are displeased (in the form of blocking communication, removing families from team applications, and kicking students off the team). Please do your research and choose a studio that is in business for the right reasons, has strong customer service, and and owner/director that is pleasant, approachable and kind. read more

I Do Not Recommend this place at all. The whole season 4, I danced, competed for this studio had been nothing but fear, sadness, and unhealthy. I didn't appreciate coming to the studio to get yelled at by Lauren/Lolo and taking her anger out on all of us dancers when she's unhappy. The environment became toxic and unfriendly causing us dancers unnecessary stress. Very unprofessional! I was mistreated when I got injured and following my recovery instructions. Lauren/Lolo, made a decisions as a director/teacher removing me off the team and uninvited me from the banquet based on lies from the other parents said and assumptions. She didn't even tried to reach out to my parents for verification. All my hard work and training was nothing to her. I love to dance because the two years I started dancing with the previous owner Ms. Lauren and Ms Amanda, they made the place feel safe and part of the family. After the ownership changed, it has become toxic place for children. read more

My daughter started dancing inaugural year it opened and it has been an experience beyond my expectations. Although COVID-19 cut our season short they made the best of it. The ladies who own or run this place are definitely failed dancers who are in this for money and money only. Terrible customer service, terrible people who tell lies to get you in the door by saying one thing and doing another. Then they have the nerve to call and tell us that we are no longer welcome as "we" didn't follow the rules they had set. All lies. We were told we could have 2 family members there the first day, which was a lie we found out on arrival. They expect a 2 year old to leave their family as soon as they get in, on their first day there, and participate in what only can be described as "messing about with a ribbon for 15 minutes". If you tell a paying customer (which were also told "no refund") they can watch on the first day, let them watch and calm the kids nerves. Don't try and pull the child away and scare them to death. I don't know how these women were raised but I'm guessing they don't have kids of their own. If you have any decency and want your children to be treated like children, do not go here. Money to them is more important than letting the children learn and have fun in a comfortable environment. read more
