You could make an appointment online or call, but given I had a couple questions, I decided to call and make it here! I added a shampoo to the front row of my car ($59) and cleaning my trunk for $10. Totaling $128. There's a small waiting room and I was in and out within an hour. My seats were a little wet (they warned me) but this allowed me to get home in a timely manner. I think next time, I'd consider getting a full interior detail for $199 (I think) instead of adding things a la carte (especially since my car is 2 rows and it would be $59 each). The gas station just south on the corner may have a per-gallon discount if you buy a wash at time of gas purchase - not certain if they're still doing this. I had to replace my car with a beater I haven't been as inclined to wash as often or as thoroughly until next month so I haven't been there for a while. /update Appreciate the free vacuums with wash, the automated one does a good job. Self serve seems average but I avoid it - I prefer knowing I'll get the options I want without running out of time, at the cost I'm expecting. Though, seems the last time I needed to get coins for self serve carpet cleaning there may have been a card-reader option - I was prepared with cash that time but almost never carry cash, so this would be very useful when I do need something from self serve.

They do encourage you to buy the monthly wash, which is only a couple dollars more than a standard wash but I don't think I go through more than once a month so it doesn't seem worth it for me. For under 30 dollars you can get a great car wash with a tire shine. If you notice that there are still some spots on the windows the attendant will hand clean the car too. Good location, fair price and nice service.

They asked if we were interested in purchasing an unlimited wash membership, which we didn't do but I tried looking it up online and couldn't figure out the cost. I think it would actually probably be useful, but if they're not willing to post their pricing model online I'm not that motivated to find out more. There was a big sign at the entrance of the car wash that said not all ice may be removed from your vehicle during the wash, which I thought was funny. We didn't notice any issues with that though. I called several times and finally got a response via email that stated the tapes were reviewed and no damage was done. I was not satisfied with that answer so I continued to call and email with no response. I wanted to see these tapes myself but never heard back from them. I would NOT recommend this car wash. I then contacted the corporate level of Tommy's and they won't do anything. They responded that all the locations are privately owned and operated.
