Being full-service means you drive your car up to the car wash, then disembark, and the staff takes it from there. You can follow your car through the wash, looking at it through windows from a comfortable walkway. At the end you'll end up in a small auto shop with the cashier. There you can buy air fresheners and other auto maintenance products. Meanwhile, your car's wash ends with a towel dry by the staff and your car is waiting for you at the exit. Overall, it's an interesting experience and generally gets your car much cleaner than a common coin-operated automated carwash. Pricing is a bit high, but for the service you get, it's reasonable.

I use this place quite a bit in the snowy, slushy months. There's typically little or no wait and you can stop in and get your car reasonably clean for 3 or 4 bucks.
