She allowed my service dog to accompany me into the store without hesitation, she also introduced us to her shop dog Sugar shes so sweet. The vibes of the store are amazing. Valerie will spend the time and share her knowledge on all of the products displayed in her store. The store is spotless its clean from top to bottom. There's a couch and a coffee table any one is welcome to sit and relax. The Cigars are displayed beautifully and after the cigar display the incense burning in the room will seduce you over to the incense shelf. (My favorite is Harlequin Wildberry.) The incense are a MUST GRAB you should not leave without grabbing some. All of the glass work around you will have you mesmerized. Without a doubt this is not Houstons typical smoke shop this is exactly what they promote themselves as which is a Tobacco Glass Gallery. I was more than astonished that's for sure. Making a transaction is smooth whether cash/ credit. Please take note there is a sign that's respectfully displayed NO RETURNS. There is also a rewards system in place which is a major plus every time you shop you get points. Also if you check them out on their FB page or IG they have LOCAL GIVEAWAYS and RAFFLES.
