Very bad customer experience if I could give 0 stars I would. Overweight caucasian male employee was unattentive when I first got in the store I had made a purchase of a glass base hookah went home after adding warm milk to the base and started smoking about 5 mins after the base completely shattered out of nowhere so I went back to the store thinking ok this is some form of defect and am gonna get some form of help or compensation. I did some research on how something like this could happen after reading a few articles I found out that crystallization can happen of the glass and difference in temperature can make it shatter. I've done this with plenty of hookahs and never had an issue. Long story short the employee was of no help in any way shape or form he lied to me, saying the company does not do exchanges when I have exchange items there before I'd recommend if you need any Hookah supplies or vape supplies go to a different store read more

Amelia was awesome!!! I had been to 4 different locations searching for Blazy Susan Queen Sized Cones. I was certain that they wouldn't be in this location either, but was ecstatic when I saw a purple canister of cones!!!! Amelia looked and found another canister of pink queen sized cones as well! Then she talked to me about the sale on the incense, which I was looking for blunt effects brand but she suggested the wizard scent and I was sold. A million thanks to Amelia!
