When I walked up to the door, the woman who identified herself as the owner asked me, "What do you want?" in a very rude and dismissive tone. I asked if she was taking drink orders, and her response was, "No, I'm the owner," said in an even ruder way. As a business owner myself, I expect professionalism and basic courtesy, especially in an empty establishment where every guest should be made to feel welcome. Instead, I felt completely uninvited and uncomfortable. I reluctantly went inside, had one drink, and left. The atmosphere felt very unwelcoming, as if, as a Hispanic woman, I didn't belong there. Other Hispanic women I know have had the same experience from the owner (since she goes around announcing it), so this isn't just my impression. To make matters worse, people have also mentioned seeing the same woman, "the owner" , lying on the lounge couch under a blanket while customers are present. That is incredibly unprofessional in any hospitality business. Overall, this is not a welcoming environment, the service from the owner is poor, and the professionalism is severely lacking. Highly NOT recommended.

The Cigars are displayed beautifully and after the cigar display the incense burning in the room will seduce you over to the incense shelf. (My favorite is Harlequin Wildberry.) The incense are a MUST GRAB you should not leave without grabbing some. All of the glass work around you will have you mesmerized. Without a doubt this is not Houstons typical smoke shop this is exactly what they promote themselves as which is a Tobacco Glass Gallery. I was more than astonished that's for sure. Making a transaction is smooth whether cash/ credit. Please take note there is a sign that's respectfully displayed NO RETURNS. There is also a rewards system in place which is a major plus every time you shop you get points. Also if you check them out on their FB page or IG they have LOCAL GIVEAWAYS and RAFFLES. There's a split - one side is seating and a dance floor type atmosphere and the other side is more set up to have an event because there is a stage. Great ambiance, lighting and everything. The food is GOODT. We got the boudin rolls, sliders and fries for the group, all very good. And the DRANKS, not drinks are good and SKRONG for a very nice price. I don't know what the regular side is like but we definitely had a great time for our event and it's a definite return to spot for us if we hold anything in the future.

Only issue we had was the amount of sauce/seasoning on the teriyaki and lemon pepper wings were VERY sparse.
