There are a lot of people in LA who offer these services, but I would recommend you go for a consultation with Alena. I'm a make up artist and, I know that there are so many places you can get your brows or your lashes, done, etc., but you need to be selective. Alena is a very skilled artist and technician. I don't see many technicians apply gel pads on their clients which makes me feel luckier to be at Tracy's since it does make a difference throughout the experience.
