She was a bit sour looking and not as friendly as I was hoping for her to be. She barely said "can I help you with something?" I told her I would like to try on few wigs. Then she just stood there for me to make the next move. Like I was the employee and she was the customer. An auburn color bob cut wig caught my eye. I said "let me try that one". She handed it to me and still stood there. She helped me put it on and we both didn't like that color on me. It didn't compliment my skin tone, nor the shape of my face. Then there was another wig that she let me try on, and we still didn't like that one either. She mentioned that I can only try 2 wigs. Long story short, she went to help another customer and here comes this wonderful, upbeat, happy, remarkable, helpful, kind hearted, nice lady/employee by the name of Janella. She was very wise, keen, and knowledgeable. She let me try few other wigs and we both came to a common liking/decision. She was not pushy, nor was she forceful to sell me my 2 wigs that I purchased. I was hoping that the wigs would come with a brush, but apparently everything is sold separately. The store is a bit narrow, yet easy to navigate the aisles. They have many different kinds, styles, colors of wigs, weaves, cosmetics, hair accessories, eye lashes, skin care, extensions, hair dye, jewelry, gels, creams for your skin and a lot more stuff.. It was a fun and happy experience. Janella spent a good hour w/out any sign of feeling overwhelmed, or tired. Loved her from the moment she approached to help me. Made it up for the other employee. Parking shared with other businesses and I will HIGHLY recommend this lovely store to anyone who is interested to purchase any of the following items. Fair prices, depending on what you want to get.
