The lash glue caused my eyes to swell shut within hours, and as soon as the lashes were removed, the swelling went down -- clear proof it was the glue, not an "allergy." The picture is less than a week after the initial appointment, as it kept getting worse, and I finally got to the point where it itched so bad that I wanted to rip them off in the middle of the night. No refund was offered, and their "policy" was never mentioned before the service. I didn't sign anything. The tech even admitted that other clients have complained about the glue. $175 wasted, a painful reaction, and zero accountability. Don't act like removal was a favor -- it was damage control. I just moved to the area and trusted the glowing Yelp reviews, but this was hands down the worst lash experience I've ever had: horrible product, poor service, and no responsibility taken. She said "lets get started" i said "no i have photos to show you" I showed her a photo of the lashes i just had and HATED (super curly D's ) and I showed her what i wanted (pretty flat lash with a slight curl). She gave me a CC.. which was still too curly.. , IDk, maybe I'm really hard to understand when i say "i do not want a super curly lash", so I asked her to take them out. I was disappointed but not pressed or mad. During this process.. she got the remover in my eye and it BURNED LIKE HELL, she had to guide me to the utility closet to rinse my eyes bc I couldn't make it to the bathroom. On top of this ... they still made me pay. Pretty ballsy for a company with no terms or return policy. Bc we all know as under California law, merchants are required to clearly post their refund policy unless they offer full cash refund, exchange, or store credit within seven days of the purchase date. Failing this requirement, customers may return goods for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase. But suing isn't my thing, especially for minority owned business. Word of mouth and karma will suffice. So my last experience with them will be just that, MY LAST EXPERIENCE.
