I called around desperate to find a place that could do it that day. No one could until I called Rexdale Midas and John told me to drop it off and he would get to it when he could. He and the guys were able to fit it in among the hundreds of snow tire installations. Then on top of it they were able to get me a great price on replacement tires from my SUV. Thanks to the whole team there, I was super impressed and happy with the service.

They will say they have it, put your car up, then say they need to have someone deliver it while you wait....I think there biggest issue is that they take in too many customers for their throughput. Cannot recommend this place since there are many better and faster options nearby. Their prices are fair though, so one star for that.

Had a 8:00 a.m. appointment after 30 minutes, I was told that they needed to talk with the manager witch he was in a meeting. They said the meeting might take up to 2 hours, if I want to go home that they would call me. they never called. At 11:35 I called and they said that they still were waiting and I should make anther appointment for the next day again. Two days to replace a defective thermostat.

He is friendly and approachable and most importantly he is honest. I have been here once before for a quick all around safety check of my SUV. Today is my 2nd visit to have major repairs done on my car and as much as I wish I didn't have to be in a repair shop I would rather be at this one over all others.
