I paid to have it shipped from Phoenix, Arizona back to Miami, Florida for repairs in May of 2025. Service personnel there told me that the board appeared to be in excellent shape, visually. They have been unable to diagnose the problem, going so far as to say that the factory is more interested in manufacturing new units than resolving performance problems. It has been over a year and I don't have my board back or a replacement. After reading the other reviews, their customer service has apparently gone to hell in the last couple of years. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Florida.
