To echo what others have already written, Jeff performs magic, REALLY. His dent removal on a difficult to access fender with multiple small undulations, was excellent. I mean like it never happened, zero evidence of the prior damage. While not cheap and probably on the high side of estimates, this represents a good value when compared to a body shop repair or less than optimal PDR. Hands down the Best-In-The-Business! Had several shops report, "couldn't be repaired". Finally, I brought the car in too, Beach Cities Paintless Dent Removal for one last opinion. Jeff took a lot of hard look at the door. As a Mastercraft professional myself, I can tell that Jeff was dissecting the door visually so that he can see how he was going to perform the repair. For a minute there he was speaking in tongues. I knew I had found the right guy/professional! He explained that this job was not going to be easy. He explained that it was going to take at least three days to complete. His quote was around $1100. Which was about a fifth of the price of having a new door installed. I was so impressed by his dedication to his Mastercraft so I decided to proceed. When I picked up the completed vehicle, he asked me confidently what I thought. I was blown away. I honestly could not believe that he was able to make the door look like anything had ever happened. This dent was created from driving into the garage and hitting one side, pulling the door and two body lines creating severe/unrepairable damage. Jeff's not Lucky he's damn Good! Jeff fixed my hood dent on the spot. I have PPF wrap on the hood and didn't have to remove it saving $750. Jeff said he has 29 years experience which made me feel a lot better about giving it a go. Another fantastic job! I reached out a couple weeks ago because my Mom had a mis-hap with her car and sort of bent the sheet metal on the door pillar to see if they think they could make it look great again and they said yes. So I requested a date I could come in, I had even purchased a new piece of plastic trim because the old one had a light impact mark on it and brought it with me. Sure enough they straightened out the metal, they did NOT damage the paint and put the new piece of trim I brought in. So I got mixed up with some bad luck with my 2019 Tesla model 3 recently. Such a bummer!! I first got some back bumper and truck damage when someone hit me as I was backing out of a parking spot. The second damage was done about a week later when my husband was trying to park the car into our narrow garage space. Even more of a bummer!!! My only 1 year old car was getting a beating. When the first collision happened we went through our insurance and went to a Tesla approved body shop. Since I have met with the shop and also received a quote for the first damage my first thoughts were to contact them for a quote for the second damage which is on the back driver side panel. Naturally you probably want to get all the work done in one place rather than jumping from shop to shop. I thought they would give me a reasonable cost like a few grand to fix the dent. I was SO wrong!!!! They quoted me 5 figures, close to the same amount you would spend to buy a new battery for the car. They also wanted to cut half of the left side panel and weld another piece and then do a paint job. They also said it would take 3 weeks or more! This was just absurd. I knew the repair needs to be done in a sensitive area of the car where the charging outlet and some other major cables lie but seriously... for a slight dent it shouldn't take that long or that much to fix. I was almost about to give up and pay for the cost out of pocket but my husband absolutely refused to accept this ridiculous amount. He started researching and found Beach Cities Paintless Dent Removal. I honestly never experienced dent removal service personally so I was hesitant. I did not know what to expect. My husband called ahead and soon after took the car in for a quote. He met with Jeff, the owner and dent removal master. My husband instantly knew after talking with Jeff that he could trust to leave our car in his care. The price was a fair and he said the work would take 1-3 days. He was booked for a couple of weeks out so we made an appointment and awaited the drop off date. The day before the drop off date we received a text message reminding us of the appointment. We were there 8am and he was there on time to receive the car. It was a quick and easy process to drop off the car. We thought it would take a full 3 days but to our surprise we were notified our car was ready for pickup early afternoon on the 2nd day. When we arrived at the shop we were warmly greeted by Jeff and another technician. The shop is very neat, open and well taken care for. It also has a very cool vibe. He then did the grand revealing. Wow!! Jeff truly worked his magic! We were both stunned at the results. This was a very difficult job and he managed to do a superb job within an incredible short time frame. We really appreciated that he took the time to show us the work at different angles in direct lighting so we can get a real good look at the fixed area. He said it took thousands of careful hammered hits. He also wanted us to make sure that everything was functioning normally before we finalized our experience. Jeff is a true master. He certainly has an artistic eye and I see now that it plays a part to how he is able to do a miraculous job. He carries himself in a professional manner and takes pride in his work. I backed into a pole with my brand new VW ID4 on 5/12/2022. Went to Beach Cities Paintless Dent Removal and got a free estimate from Jeff Magill on 5/13/2022. He was completely booked for next 3-4 weeks but found a spot for me Saturday 5/14/2022. He worked on my car all weekend and car was ready for pick up by Sunday 5/15/2022. Jeff fixed my dent, paintless and it's 99.99% perfect. I am beyond satisfied with his artisan work. I went to another "paintless dent repair" place on Gothard & Talbert for an estimate and they said it cannot be done "paintless" and my dent will require full body work with re-painting. Went to another place in Fountain Valley (with big smiley face) and they said they won't even touch Electric Vehicles and told me to go to VW Dealer and get a referral to an authorized bodyshop. My dent was very difficult to fix with two creases. Second crease was on the edge that has steel re-enforcements. Jeff got rid of both creases and the dent is not noticeable. It looks just like my brand new car before the dent. I say 99.9% because there is a tiny tiny tiny paint-crack size of a tip of Q-Tip that he could not fix because the paint cracked when I hit the pole.
