John was very friendly and arrived on time to the appointment we had scheduled. Watching him work is like an art form with his custom tools and the way he finesses the dings out of the metal from the inside. He did explain to me that dent removal is like smoothing out folded paper, you can get it super flat and smooth but you will still be able to tell that it had been dented at one point to a certain extent. This is true for my car but you'd have to been looking SUPER intensely to find where the dents were. I can tell because I am the car owner but no one else will be able to tell. He gave me a fair quote and even gave me a discount for a dent that he was not 100% satisfied with. Over all I am satisfied and would recommend/use his services again read more

Before any work was done, Steve called and said that he would look at the dent and let me know how much of it he'd be able to fix. If I wasn't happy with what he had to say, no money would be lost. I figured it wouldn't hurt to have him come out and check out my car. He ended up coming to my workplace (he was very accommodating) and did a great job on my 2004 Toyota 4Runner. I have a Volvo XC60, and my ding was in a bad location. He couldn't get to it using the usual methods, so we decided to wait and maybe go to a Volvo dealer and see how they would handle it. He didn't charge me for the visit, which was nice of him, but what I really liked was that he didn't force it. He might have been able to remove the dent, but there was a chance he would have damaged the window. He didn't want to take the chance. I appreciated the honesty.
