He was very professional and answered every question I had plus gave me some other info on how much he thought the efficiency should increase. Supreme Solar Cleaning is the best that there is. Very responsive and goes way above and beyond. And not to mention the fantastic work. Our solar panels haven't been cleaned since we bought the home in 2014 and it was brand new. (We didn't know they came with the house) They only ever had whore baths from whatever rain came down. Definitely a big difference after Steven and his crew came out. Our solar panels ironically had stopped working prior to them coming to clean and it has been a nightmare trying to get them fixed with the solar company slow response. Steven was able to find a crack in our panels after he called to let me know they were all done.(we werent home which is convenient for us to be able to use the service still) I sent the photos to the company but they take 200 years to reply. Steve from Supreme Solar Panel Cleaning went above and beyond for my solar panel cleaning. He responded with a quote very quickly and came out the next day. The job was very thorough and they even power washed my stairs and driveway which were caked with bird droppings. We discovered we had a bird problem and we ended up birdproofing our solar panels through this company as well. Steve also came out to clean my neighbor's solar panels and continued to check up on my house while he was there. We contacted Steve regarding pigeon proofing our solar panels, which he said he offers. We paid $800 and ended up with no relief from our pigeon problem. Another company took drone pics to show us all the places Steve's crew missed and did incorrectly. We contacted Steve multiple times and each time he said he would be sending someone to fix the issues. After many weeks, my husband finally bought supplies and went on the roof himself to correct, redo, and add netting to all the missed spots. Since then we have not seen anymore birds on the roof and no longer have the issues we were experiencing. We gave Steve several opportunities and ample time to stand behind his work which he chose not to do. In a final attempt to get him to do the right thing, I requested a partial refund or reimbursement of the supplies we had to purchase but he completely ignored me and gave no response. Very disappointed in not being able to give a good review to a small business I tried to support. I would not recommend him for cleaning or pigeon proofing solar panels and have sadly passed that info on to our neighbors who all have solar panels and many have pigeon issues also. read more
