I finally came across this shop on Yelp and I am so grateful to have something so close and the best barber service. They have four barbers and they are all excellent. I do have a favorite, but I have found they are all great. Sometimes I need my hair cut and cannot book the person I regularly go to. But they are all fantastic. Making a reservation is very easy through their website. You can try to do a "walk-in" but during the week they are usually all booked up. Saturday is only walk-in. But again, if you just visit their website, it is very easy to schedule an appointment. I am retired military so a barber cut is my preference. I tend to keep my hair short and they will cut it however you want regardless of length. And my favorite... a haircut just isn't complete without a nice neck shave! Personally, if the place doesn't do a neck shave, I think they shouldn't be called a barbershop. They are all very nice and conversational. If you are looking for the best place to get your haircut, book an appointment with them online and you won't be sorry. If you aren't sure to pick, I have gone to all four and they are all excellent. While the cut was great, I was disappointed for my first barbershop straight razor clean shave. Especially for the price. Although the experience was nice, I walked away with a few tiny red bumps and quite a few hairs that were missed. For $75 pre tip for the shave and haircut combo I was kicking myself for not getting the plain haircut. The chairs seem a little outdated as well , I am fairly tall and couldn't get comfortable for the duration of my appointment. I'm disappointed with the straight razor clean shave and probably won't be getting that at any barbershop again for some time. Unfortunately, there was a lot of acrylic, what I would call overflow, so I had chunks of acrylic left underneath my natural nail and around the edges. The gel polish she put on top was very heavy-handed and pooled both on the sides and at the cuticle area that is now peeling up and catches dirt. The technician was new to the salon, but claimed to have extensive experience in an elite area of Houston. Conversation was uncomfortable with references to different cultures and negative stereotypes.

They charged me $70 (not including tip) for nail color removal and acrylic paint on my hands. I've been here a few times and they always try to talk me out of dip. Acrylic paint always chips for me so that's why I ask for dip, but they, for whatever reason, don't want to do dip. Dip paint, for me, is much stronger than acrylic and never chips, so that's why I like it. Anyways, getting back to my most recent appointment, they cut my nails shorter than what I asked and don't add any nail tips. I did get a chrome color added so I know that's an extra $10. I was out of there in less than an hour. The next day, two of my nails chip. I tried emailing but never heard back. Just frustrated that they charged me for a fill even though it wasn't that. According to their menu and the services I received, it should have been $25, maybe $35 with the added chrome color.
