The staff at Elegant Nails & Spa is very friendly and I appreciate this but I will not go back to this salon based on my experience. Pros: * Friendly staff * Fast service Cons: * Extremely Unsanitary * Poor quality service/results * Pricing issues 1. Getting your nails done at a salon is always a risk. There are different levels of sanitation for each salon. Some are outstanding, some are decent and some are completely careless with sanitation standards. This salon was unsanitary at the lowest level. The nail technician kept switching between 3 customers without any concern of contamination. Think about this, after 2-4 weeks of wearing fake nails, there is a lot of nasty stuff between layers. Even I'm disgusted with my own nails after two weeks. 2. After filing the nails with a dirty nail file, the technician used a dirty nail brush to brush off the nail dust and just applied gel nail polish without allowing me to rinse my dusty nails off. This caused bumpy nails. She didn't even wipe down the counter so I had to have my nails drying under the black light on a grimy countertop. It felt gross. 3. Inconsistent Pricing. I asked for the pricing brochure and saw that my service was only supposed to be $20 for a basic gel polish. She told me it was $40 to remove my old nail dip. Since my nail dip came off easy because I scraped it off while it was soaking, she said she would not charge me for the removal. Then she told me my cost was $30. The gel with manicure service was $30. I didn't get a manicure. She didn't even put lotion on my hands. She quickly turned off the blacklight, left me to go work on another woman, and told me "That will be $30" while turned away from me filing another woman's nails... without washing her hands. 4. Poor quality nail polish application. My nail polish is bumpy from the nail dust filing. The top clear coat dried with craters. Getting your nails done should feel like a luxury experience. Many women enjoy getting their nails done to feel like a queen. It feels lovely to have someone take care of you and help you feel beautiful. Unfortunately, I did not feel like this while getting my nails done here. I felt unclean and unsatisfied. read more

Victor did an amazing job but the lady who I guess is now running the places absolutely messed it up completely. She tried to do the design I requested twice and couldn't so I finally said just paint it the whole color. While Victor was fixing what she messed up another lady walked in and requested Victor he explained that he needed to go eat lunch and the customer was totally fine with it said she'd come back but the manager absolutely refused to let that happen she directed the lady to a seat and was talking to another worker about doing the her nails even though she wanted Victor. After finishing my nail he ended up going to do the other customers pedicure , but the way the manager treated Victor was so very wrong, When you find a good Technician you will wait for them especially if for something like their nutrition. The new manager definitely bring the place down. Hopefully she won't be in there next time I go see Victor, would hate to have to find a new technician because of her attitude. read more

Today I went in to get my nails repaired that another salon ruined badly. Henry and the others were so sweet. They took such good care of my feet and nails. I would recommend this salon over and over again. Thank you guys for being so awesome. read more

Been coming to this salon since I moved here September of 22 . The last few times have been very disappointing. Thought I would give them one more try NOPE NOT EVER AGAIN! Came in for a gel mani / pedi # 1 the man only gave me one thing to choose colors from ( as being a previous customer I know they have plenty more gel colors to choose from but whatever ) found the color I wanted was a glitter dark pink ( darker hot pink ) he got done with my pedicure and as you can see by the pics he didn't even put enough to cover my actual toe nail! When he was done I explained that isn't what I wanted ect. he just went on about his business . Proceeds to do my mani and is very rough! As you can see in one of the pics he cuts my cuticle. I had to show him different spots where he missed. By this time I'm flat out done. I came home to wash the dried blood off of my finger. Yup NO MORE ! I will definitely drive to Marble Falls to get my nails done from now on ! NOPE NOPE NOPE read more

We have used the place several Times for a pedicure. We had an appointment, waited 45 minutes and when I asked when we would be helped, we were ignored. When I told her to cancel our appointment, she said bye. Horrible , Horrible , Horrible customer service. Other customers were helped before us that came in after us. Rosie and Henry are the best! My daughter and I went for manicures and pedicures. Rosie and Henry were fun, friendly and very professional. Our nails look fabulous and we will be returning for sure. I rarely get my nails done and I've been taking time for myself and I have been going to a really nice lady and she went on vacation so I took a chance and went to elegance nails and took my daughters to and they were rude to my daughter told her she couldn't get the color she wanted and told me the same i picked several colors I don't like bright colors on my nails so he finally agreed on the first color I chose so that's was nice he literally went so fast I had a bad feeling I should have just got up and left but I went against my better judgment and sat there and I've never seen a worse job in dipped nails it's not fake nails it's dipped on my real nail im trying to grow them out and I will never go back to this place again it is more convenient just so I don't have to drive to marble falls but I will go the extra mile and wait for my nail tech to come back from vacation just to get a good result this is crazy I have to show you a picture so you see what I'm talking about it looks like a 2 year old did it it's all round my nails under my nail he never put me under the light everything was dirty dusty and unsanitary nothing was wiped down it was horrible and they r very rude to my teen daughters but never again will I spend my money here read more

Took my mom here for a pedi while she was visiting. We had a great time! Bee was super sweet and very accommodating. Price was good. Service was straightforward. Facility was clean. I'm only taking off a star because there is almost NO ventilation in there! The nail salon smell really knocks you off your feet. You guys might want to take a look at that! This is an awesome place to have your nails done! I am visiting in this area and had no idea where to go for a pedicure but this was definitely the right one! They thanked me for coming right as I walked in the door, which was a welcomed surprise! Some businesses act like they are upset they are having to work, but not here! They treated me like royalty and were so pleasant and friendly! They didn't pressure me to do every service available on their menu like many do. They have a lot of options for you to choose from! Just paid $37.00 for one of the worst pedicures ever. I highly recommend driving the 10 miles to Marble Falls. I normally use Kellys nails in Marble but thought I'd try local.. bad choice. Just left and my heels still are rough and scratchy. I get pedicures alot and normally leave with soft smooth feet.. read more
