Sure shot came to my house to replace or check the termite traps and reassuring me and my husband that the service was a part of our warranty since we declined the routine spray that they do. Since we were getting warranty services done that day by our builder we saw no red flags. We later get a notification that sure shot tried to charge my account $250. These people care nothing about customer service only a sale. I had them come spray for bag worms and what ever they did killed everything they sprayed. I called them back out and they then said my trees had chlorosis. Sold me another treatment saying this would fix it for sure. A week later it was worse. Called to have them come look and manager refused and pretty much called me a liar. BEWARE of this company!!!!!! read more

We used Sure Shot as they were the pest control company our builder used. We had them come out and spray our trees for bag worms. All were healthy trees. Shortly after, they all started dying. Has them come back out to be told we had something else and another $120 they treated our tree and seem to know exactly what it was. Tree still dead and never offered to refund our money. Please don't rely on this company for lawn/garden. read more
