The theory portion of the class was fast and somewhat vague at times but it all made sense once we got to the skilled nursing facility for our clinicals. My instructor was on the floor with us everyday during clinicals. The first day was a bit overwhelming but over time, I felt very comfortable interacting with patients and performing skills. By the end of the clinicals, my classmates and I felt more than prepared for our test. We were lucky that our state exam was scheduled the day after we officially finished the course. It speaks to their skill in acting. When they broke the fourth wall, it didn't take the audience away from the play, but deeper in it. There's one more performance on April 30th in the evening. This is one of the few community colleges that offers bachelors degrees, specifically for biotech industry. There is an excellent career center. My son graduated a couple years ago and needed some advice on getting a job and the career center was willing to help him out with some information. No problem at all. I feel that this college really is part of our community. They often have events to which the community is invited. I am thankful that we have a place like this near my home.
