Along the way we found a few smaller issues that needed attention so water wouldn't be a problem again. Every person who worked on the project lived up to the company's name. My front door had never been installed correctly. Instead of working around someone else's mistake, they pulled the entire door and sealed the entryway properly. We also replaced the floors on my basement level, which meant installing directly onto cement. Halfway through, we realized the glue was expanding and the floor was bubbling unevenly. They didn't argue the point. They agreed it wasn't as good as it could be and restarted the entire job. No charge for the additional materials or time. If you hire Build Right, they will take the time and care to do the job correctly. It's that simple.

We could not be happier with the work that Michael did to our home exterior. While we have a brick…read morehouse, we do have four wood porches and another wood entryway. Michael removed and reconstructed the wood entryway (see picture). Michael also did significant replacement of rotted wood/rotted decking, scraping and repainting of two porches (see pictures). On our side porch he removed a rotted column base and reconstructed a new base off-site while supporting the porch roof using an effective and efficient method (picture). We also had him strip and repaint an exterior door that had been poorly painted by a previous contractor. The quality of workmanship that Michael delivers is simply outstanding. Also, he constantly communicated with us throughout the process - we knew in advance when he would be on-site. His painting is impeccable. We are grateful to Michael for his time, workmanship and we look forward to putting him to work here again!
