The Groupon included X-rays, two chiropractic adjustments, and a 50-minute massage, which made it a great value. I teach Zumba three times a week and lift weights twice a week, so my body definitely takes a beating. My regular massage therapist moved to Texas seven months ago, and I haven't been able to find someone I really liked since then. That's what led me to Apex. Scheduling the appointment was easy. When I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly, verified my Groupon, and had me complete some paperwork. Soon after, the chiropractor examined me, listened carefully as I explained where I was hurting, and took X-rays. He showed me that one shoulder was slightly lower than the other and pointed out how my spine was aligned. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain everything instead of rushing through the appointment. When it was time for the adjustment, I lay down on the table. He worked on my neck and shoulders first, and my right arm was pretty sore. Then came the adjustment--crack, crack, crack! It honestly sounded like popcorn popping!
