I usually preorder or know what I need when I go in there, so I don't have to look long. good experiences with the staff, especially because one of my stiiizy pods would not work. I know it happens, so I brought it back in with my receipt within 3 days, and was issued a new cartridge in exchange (this one DID work!), although it took the manager a very long time to figure out how to do this on the computer lol. Next, the selection is very slim to none when it comes to wax(dabs). Sometimes there is just a very high priced option. More than once I have gone in and they are just completely out of any wax. Edible selection is pretty great though, and good prices on those! I like small & mighty edibles and they deliver on that for sure. Lastly, they are open late, which is great. Except when they close the doors on you and 2 other cars pulling up, lock them 10 mins early and just mouth "sorry, tomorrow" thru the glass. Really crappy when people actually need their medicine and they don't stay open their advertised hours.

I'm old so I really appreciated the "St. Ide's" THC drinks. Back in the day when I could pound some 40's that was my malt liquor of choice. Now I'm 48 and malt liquor gives me the runs, soooooo I was stoked when I saw St. Ides in a form that I can easily drink and digest. : ) It was ON POINT! Though I do not recommend sipping on it before you go on the "Giant Dipper" on the Santa Cruz boardwalk, but that's another story. The staff was very nice and knowledgable. I didn't feel any pressure due to them being 100% transparent about their many different brands. I really appreciate Alec because he took time with me in listening to what I was exactly looking for. I also have to give a shout out to my boy MadZen. If he was on the phone even after I asked him if he was using his "hip hop" name, he wasn't, that's his name. All in all, cool vibe, great layout, great staff, I give this place 5/5 every day all day!

During this monumental day, patrons were encouraged to spend a set amount for a chance to spin the prize wheel, making the experience fun and genuinely rewarding. Despite the crowds, the entire team stayed hands-on--helping customers with punches, educating everyone on current deals, and even managing the scene outside where patrons were encouraged to stick around, socialize, and soak in the community atmosphere. A refreshing change from the usual "hurry up and buy" dispensary experience. Whether I'm working alongside their team or just stopping by as a regular customer, Treetop House has consistently met all my cannabis needs. Plus, they host dope art meetups, adding even more culture and creativity to the mix. (Definitely worth checking in to see if they have a set day each month for those art shows.) All around, Treetop is setting the standard for what a real community-centered dispensary should feel like.

First, their prices are consistently some of the best around. Second, I can usually get in and out in just a few minutes without any hassle. What really sets them apart from most dispensaries, though, is their customer service. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and always willing to answer questions or help me find what I need. It never feels like they're just trying to make a sale. Nick, Steph, and Alex recently helped me pick out a few products, and it got me thinking that I should finally leave a review. Over the years, there have also been a lot of genuinely kind people working there whose names I don't know, but they deserve recognition too. I've made friends through this place and am happy overall they are here.
