Despite the crowds, the entire team stayed hands-on--helping customers with punches, educating everyone on current deals, and even managing the scene outside where patrons were encouraged to stick around, socialize, and soak in the community atmosphere. A refreshing change from the usual "hurry up and buy" dispensary experience. Whether I'm working alongside their team or just stopping by as a regular customer, Treetop House has consistently met all my cannabis needs. Went there to buy 2 specific strains, i checked weedmaps before heading there. I check in and the tender says they dont have those strains and to call next time to make sure next time I come in. So later I call them and ask if they have those strains and told they have plenty of those strains. So I go back find what I wanted and the tender who helped me the 1st time gave a weak apology for not finding what I was looking for earlier. All she had to do was look in her tablet cause I even showed her the picture of the strains I was looking for. At least offer a small discount for the inconvenience and gas for having to come back. This place is wonderful! After going to dozens of dispensaries around the lower 48 this place is in the top 2 nationwide that I visited at least. They're dog friendly which is absolutely wonderful if you're well behaved furry family is with you and wants a treat. The menu is great. If you're a student or have a med card you get the best prices in town to be honest. You can pay like 20-30% more for the exact same products at almost any other shop in town.... Visiting the area for a few days and my husband needed a new cartridge so we stopped in to TreeHouse. What a great experience! We were greeted very warmly at the front desk and told about the 20% discount for new customers. Super easy check in process and friendly greeter. Our budtender was very knowledgeable and fun. Picked up some chocolate, a cartridge and a battery, all VERY reasonably priced! The whole store has a very cool, open vibe with nice displays throughout the store. We were in the store in the evening on New Year's Eve and we never for a moment felt rushed. ** This is a COVID era review ** Disclaimer: This review is based solely on the process of ordering and pickup while I was with a friend. I don't have any knowledge to compare to other dispensaries or to judge their products/pricing/etc. The Treehouse website (scroll to the bottom) has a very comprehensive menu that allows you to choose what you would like to pickup. When you go to "checkout" online you enter all of your contact information but you do not pay online. The checkout form does say cash only, but when we arrived at Treehouse to pick up they did accept card. Very impressive system! When you pull into the parking lot it is very well marked to drive in one of two directions depending on whether you need to place a new order or pick up an online order. We followed the cones and signs to a window on the side of the building to pay for and pick up our order. The gal working the window was wearing a mask, took the name on the order and told us that we could pay with cash or card but there was a $4.95 charge to use a card. They did have an ATM right there for use, but my friend told me that it has a $5 withdrawal fee (not verified). Even using a card it is not a contactless transaction- we handed it to the gal, she ran it and handed it back. Quick and easy process all from the comfort of the car! If you didn't place an order ahead of time they direct you to a parking lot where I'm told an employee comes out with an iPad, helps you decide what you want and processes the order. read more

The people who work here are really unhelpful and are snotty, sarcastic unfriendly people. I like to ask questions, doesn't mean you should belittle a person ....so I'll go back to my old place. Treehouse is very close by but after 4 trips to drive thru....And one inside visit long ago left me cold. Unfortunately, I'm done with this establishment and boy oh boy they sure lost a good customer who spends lots of money each month. Perhaps new management and training is needed. The staff there is very kind, but I am especially grateful for A young lady amber helped me multiple times thought my visits, recently she helped me find a sleep aid that worked right for my problems and she spent time explaining everything in detail. Comparing the service I get here to other dispensary's the staff is very knowledgeable to compounds that directly benefit the problems I've been facing. The prices are fair. I bought gummies from Treehouse on Sunday. Opened the package on Monday and saw that they had melted into one large gummy. Went to exchange it on Tuesday and they wouldn't honor the product they sold that was defective. The reason being, she couldn't tell if I'd eaten any or not. Instead she offered me a discount to buy another that might have the same problem. I asked and was told if I bought another and it was opened in front of her, I couldn't return it either if it was bad also. There are strict regulations on edibles that they need to have correct dosage on label. This package has one large gummy instead of 20 smaller ones. Luckily I understand that, as I've bought it before. Someone who doesn't know might accidentally eat the entire thing thinking it was one gummy, which is 20 times more than recommended dosage. Treehouse is selling edibles with incorrect dosages. I won't be back, as I can't trust the products they are selling and they won't stand by their sales. read more

I i've had two cartridges go bad from this place now The first time I just let it go and when I came back in a couple months later I mentioned it. I was told by the individual that helped me that if this happens again I shouldn't hesitate to bring it back in. I was not given any timeframe in which I needed to bring it back in. Well, when it happened again I did bring it back in. I missed the 30 day window, though. No sympathy to the fact that nobody told me there was a 30 day window. Bottom line: out of six cartridges two of them have gone bad from this place. Management is not willing to back up their product. Will never come here again. read more

I miss the old 831 Cookie Co, and I am sad that Treehouse is not more like The Cookie Co was. I feel like the staff is very knowledgeable about the products, more so than most other dispensaries. The staff is also pretty chill and friendly. I only use cartridges and feel like they have a small, expensive selection to choose from. I feel like there is kind of a sales presentation when you meet with the bud tender, which is something I am not really into. I guess I just want to get what I want and leave, but there is kind of a process to coming here. I'd rather not interact with so many people. I am not here for some kind of shopping experience, but that's just me. You check in with reception and then go to the waiting area until your bud tender comes to get you. There are probably 100 chairs in the waiting area, which is kind of a mindfuck to me for some reason. After your bud tender comes to retrieve you, you are led through a group of various display islands of numerous marijuana products, stopping at the ones that you are interested in. After you have made your selections, you are sent to another window where your purchases picked up and paid for. There have been two times where the cartridges that I picked out were not the ones that I went home with, I suggest looking in the bag to confirm your order is correct. Sometimes there are a lot of people and it takes a while from start to finish, but sometimes it doesn't take that long at all. This place is worth checking out. If you are a hipster, you will probably love this place with all the open space and fancy redwood reception desk with those colored acrylic puddles in it. read more
