I really love this liquor store. SOmething with the way it is designed and look that turn me on with the beach liquor stores. It almost does not even look like one. My girl does not drink, but we stopped here to take some drinks to a party we were invited too on a nice warm sunny day in Sunset Beach. They have tons of different beers, wines, and Vodkas. They have comfort food like any other stores too. This will be my go to spot now. read more

This store is a joke!! The mold found on the cooler doors is disgusting. The owner Mark if that's his real name is rude and vulgar! Clearly on drugs! His customer service matches the botch injections and surgery. Either he was drunk or on drugs when my girlfriends and came in to buy some snacks and wine for our beach sunset. WORST mistake, we were treated poorly and the store smelled like cigarettes. I would never recommend anyone to spend their hard earn cash here! Maybe he is nice to locals but seriously the worst place ever. We headed to the 7/11 down the street which was a A LOT cleaner and had better customer service. Came to Huntington Beach for the weekend and had an Airbnb near this wonderful liquor shop. The owner was very friendly. The place had a great variety of beer, hard liquor, and wine. It also had a good selection of snacks. No crazy markups on anything. There is really no reason to go to the convenient stores because you can find almost everything you need from Surf Liquor. Mark was very helpful. My sister and I were at an AirBnB when we found out a friend fighting cancer was put in a drug induced coma due to complications of treatment.
