When the Churrasco Mofongo ($27.99) finally came out, the portion size was surprisingly small and did not reflect the price at all. For nearly $28, I expected a much more substantial serving and better overall value. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I also ordered four pastelitos at $2.99 each, and those ended up providing more food and better value than the $27.99 Churrasco Mofongo. It's hard to justify paying nearly $28 for an entrée when a few appetizers totaling less than half the price leave you feeling like you received more for your money. To make matters worse, the staff was largely inattentive throughout the visit. It was difficult to get anyone's attention, there were no updates regarding the long wait, and customer service felt like an afterthought, only because the question "Can I have an update on my order" was asked to the staff. A 44-minute wait can be understandable during busy times, but keeping customers informed goes a long way, especially when multiple families sat, ate, and left before receiving the order. Overall, despite the churrasco mofongo tasting really good, between the excessive wait time, the lack of attentiveness from staff, and the disappointing portion size, I left feeling that the meal was not worth the price. I hope management takes a closer look at both the service and the value being provided to customers.

Every bite was packed with amazing flavor. The service was truly exceptional. One of our servers, Allen, was so friendly, attentive, and welcoming. He took the time to talk with us & he didn't seem rushed. The teamwork among the staff was amazing to watch. There was a gentleman constantly walking through the dining room clearing plates the moment we were finished, keeping everything spotless without ever interrupting our meal. Everyone worked together so seamlessly, and you could tell they genuinely enjoyed what they do. While we waited for our food--which actually came out super fast for PR--our daughters loved spending time down by the beach area. It was the perfect way to keep them entertained while we relaxed. Water is not free. They'll bring you fancy water and charge you $5 for it. For food we got the Fish Curry ($32), Orecchiette Pasta ($28), and Tapa Poke ($20). The one dish not worth getting is the Tapa Poke as the portion is essentially bite size and you're paying $20. The others were pretty good, no complaints.

Very large and good. Salad- ok. Rice and chicken stew- good. Tasted very homey and comforting like something grandma would make. There were chicken bones that you have to watch out for though. Pasta primavera- based on googling primavera pasta beforehand, I was expecting a light pasta entree, but this was smothered in butter and cheese, which was very heavy and not at all what I expected.
