He said "let me turn around" He proceeded to turn around and literally left us standing on the curb.... I called the number again and asked If it was the same person who was suppose to pick us up and he said yes and when I questioned him he told me it was a brand new vehicle and I simply said; all you had to tell me was you refused to take intoxicated people in your vehicle even tho that's the point of a taxi service..... It went deeper as he proceeded to text my personal cell phone that I needed to quit drinking and know my limits..... it was a simple 6-10 min drive we didn't wanna walk in the rain...however that's what we ended up doing. still unsure what the point of a taxi service is.....if you're not willing to help those who cannot drive.
