there is a great selection of apparel, swimsuits, jewelry, etc. the employees were helpful and very friendly. If I had to hear that surf style song, one more I was going to freak out. We made a joke the rest of our vacation but anytime we wanted to get a souvenir or needed something else for the beach. We literally drove down the road instead of just going across the street to where the surf style was because of the song. First of all, they are supposed to open at 9a.m. The woman didn't show up to open the doors until 10! When I went to check out she just sat on her phone for like 2 minutes, said nothing while I stood there and waited for her to finish her business on the phone. She was incredibly rude. We were taking a while to complete my check out. We had to start all over bc too much time passed and the computer cancelled the order. She could have just added something then deleted it to make it not cancel the order. So then before we started all over again, she checked someone else out! This woman was not on time, doesn't know her register and is rude. Next time, I will go to a different Surf Style. read more

Count your fucking days surf and whatever. I bought several shirts for $3.99. Wheww child got to be more careful. Im not sure if they are a regional store or what bt there was stuff from all surround beaches (orange panama Clearwater) and very little destin stuff. so i went to surf style and there were signs all over the building saying it was a 75% off sale through out the whole store. well we got inside and started looking at sunglasses and one of the workers said they weren't on sale so obviously its not through out the whole store. what ever. i found a cute dress and the brand was literally surf style. i assumed it would be on sale considering its their brand. it was $39 and i paid $42 including tax. very misleading why put a sign up saying everything is 75% off when nothing there is on sale read more

We bought a swim shirt, swam in it once and the logo fell off! Came back the next day and they couldn't do anything for us :(! Very frustrating- the product was obviously terrible. We couldn't find our receipt but I was very straight forward about that- said we could exchange it but then they decided they couldn't. Very frustrating :(!! read more

Customer service sucks!!!! It wasn't just one sales lady, yet all three of them who were working in this store. Very unwelcoming and they gave off the impression that I was a bother when asking questions. First and last time in this store. Whoever owns this chain really needs to do a better job at hiring friendly employees and not those who do better at sitting behind a computer all day! Obviously there are many surf shops in destin. Surf style is colorful, big, and new. So me thinking it would have the highest quality everything we picked this shop over the others. Even though they have a lot to purchase from and a lot of high end brands. I will not be returning to this store. The workers were so incredibly rude. They were not helpful, they gave me dirty looks and unnecessary attitude. It was over all a bad experience. Its honestly sad how nice the store is but ruined by unhappy workers. read more
