I love the cabinets, but the delivery was scheduled for May 7, but it was just a drop off and my builder was doing the install. There were missing and incorrect items, and we notified Dixie May 8. It took till July 30 to get everything corrected. The worst problem was the Dixie Sales rep measuring an area incorrectly, and providing the wrong size cabinets for the lodge room. In trying to work with Dixie, it was suggested that the space had been changed, causing the misfit, and that I should pay them additional funds to correct the order (think it was $439, but I can't remember the exact quote). In the end, it was corrected with no additional payment, but the issues delayed my construction. I tried contacting Dixie management, and no one seemed to care about correcting their mistakes.

We took that advice and so glad we did! Designer--Preston: Truly expert in his craft. Preston was instrumental in helping guide us during the process, from understanding the space we had to work with to listening to our questions and ideas and sharing innovative touches that we likely would not have considered. He used OCK's tech to capture our plan and was patient and responsive as we had additional questions or tweaks to the plan. When it came time to place our cabinet order, Preston laid out the process and worked closely with his team as the cabinets were built to keep us informed. Preston went above and beyond to ensure we had what was needed as the contractors geared up for installation. Teamwork--Austin and Jesse: If we called Preston but he was working with another customer, Austin and Jesse jumped in to offer help inste ad of make us wait until Preston was available. Their willingness to help saved us time and further boosted our confidence that we made the right choice in OCK. Delivery--Mark and Francis: When it came time for delivery of our beautiful cabinets, Mark and Francis were the best possible folks to do it that we could have asked for. Both did their work with joy and extreme care for our cabinets--it was easy to see that they truly love what they do! High-Quality Cabinets: The quality of our cabinets is amazing!
