We thought we had purchased quartzite counters, but the company we bought the slabs from mislabeled them and in fact they turned out to be marble which is super challenging because they can etch so easily. Steven actually did acid tests on an extra piece of stone and determined the actual stone. A few weeks later they came out to clean and seal and did an excellent job and explained the whole process along the way, I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I unfortunately had to leave before they were finished, my boyfriend stayed with them. When i returned, they were done and had left. I noticed the grout had not been filled so i texted the gentleman and he said he filled the spots. I told him I would text him a picture, which I did and he never responded so I called the main number and left a message. He called me back saying that maybe the geout came up because they don't fill it deeply. I informed him that was not the case and one could tell that it was just not done. He saif they really just did cleaning and not restoration but that he would come back out to take a look. He said he would be out of the office at the beginning of the week but would call me at the end of the week upon his return. I never heatd from him. Shouldn't have said he would fill the grout if he didn't. Giving two stars because their cleaning seemed fine and he left me an opened bottle of cleaner.

The alcoves now have adjustable shelves and lighting. I am going to have them painted white and that will help reflect the lighting that he installed too! It looks like museum shelving now! So happy I discovered him on a google search for carpentry! I also had him do a separate job to extend the windowsill in the kitchen window so it could be used as a window seat. Very fair pricing too!
