The facility offers a variety of fitness classes for adults and seniors with experienced trainers, which are excellent. I use a personal trainer for my strength training, and I feel stronger and healthier. The trainers also offer small group classes, which are challenging and affordable. The facility is maintained very cleaned. I enjoy exercising at this facility. I go an average of 4 days a week in the morning.

My daughter enjoyed competing in the 50-meter long course. The water temperature was spot-on and the pool itself was spotless. The whole complex is well maintained with clean restrooms and working drinking fountains. You can tell the staff takes pride in keeping things organized and swimmer-friendly. There's convenient off-street parking all around the facility, and plenty of hotels and restaurants nearby making it perfect for multi-day meets or out-of-town families. It can be a little tricky to find the pool for the first time since it's tucked away off the main road, so don't rely solely on a quick glance at your map. Once you're there, everything's easy to access. We only wish there was a bit more spectator seating. With big events like this, the stands fill up fast. Overall, it's a top-notch swim venue and a great experience for swimmers.

Another thing I love about the pool area is the amount of fun games they offer during the daytime hours. The kids love spending time doing all of the activities, and they even offer little tiny prizes. I also love the movies at night and like to spend a bit of time watching them here. The food court is very close by. I like getting a pizza and eating near the pool or just having some good snacks and our refillable mug. They also have some nice restrooms around the pool so you do not need to run back to the room. I often shop hotels around their pools, and this once is well worth it.

The splash pad area was fun for the kids, but I did take note that many of the water sprayers seemed to be non-functional. We were very impressed with the lifeguards here. I watched one guy pace the same 10-second loop in an almost militaristic fashion. They seem to really take their job seriously, which is a big plus. None of them were sitting around or neglecting paying attention to the pool area. I think some service work on the non-functioning water features would go a long way to making this a 5 star spot.

Yes, you need to pay for the event food. You also need to spot the outdoor stands that are serving the event food as opposed to the fixed locations that generally have the same menus all the time. There are enough choices where there is simply no way for you to try everything. Also, it is easy to miss an event stand so... on both counts, go online and read the menus and see the food photos. Make a hit list, and it will make your day all that more happy. The food seems to be pretty reliably there all the time during the event. However, if you are looking for a specific country brew or wine you might be out of luck if they run out towards the end of the event calendar.

We did Epcot on our 3rd day - unfortunately it was the hottest and most humid day of the days we went. I have been waiting for this moment since I was a child and though everything was new and there were so many things that they have in the Florida parks that they do not have in the California parks. We did not drink around the world - because it was just too hot and miserable to spend our day drinking. We luckily visited during the Flower & Garden Festival and there were so many Disney characters made out of Flowers or Shrubs. It was really cool to see. We walked through the different towns from around the world. We went into the aquarium portion, watched them feed the manatees and saw the large tank with sharks, large fish, huge manta rays as well as sea turtles. We rode the the Finding Nemo ride that goes through an under portion of that aquarium that you can see from the viewing platform. We were unable to get on Guardians of the Galaxy ride sadly, but the wait time was over 2 hours and for some reason my single ride fast pass did not work when purchasing. We really enjoyed the Ratatouille ride and France town within Epcot. I would love to check out Epcot when it is less hot and humid to full enjoy it. After 3 days of walking and 92+ with 50% humidity we were both dying and wanting to go relax.
