Before I left my house I called them a few times and then when I was on the road I called him a few times. There was no office at the address listed on the site or the address where we were supposed to pick up our boat. I was made a fool. I have reported this incident to my credit card company for refund.

The engine stalled out on me, then once I got it going again it continued to happen seemingly every 5 minutes. On top of this, the radio did not work, the boat was overall very poorly kept, which resulted in us bringing the boat in an hour early due to a lack of fun being had by the entire group. Upon returning to the dock, I was very friendly and explained to the owner the issue, to which he immediately knew what was wrong (obviously it happens all the time and he has yet to fix it), and he promised me a $50 refund. Now, more than a week and a half later, he is screening my calls, sending me straight to voicemail, and has not returned any of my voicemails or texts nor has he refunded me this $50. Awful business, untrustworthy owner, waste of time and money dealing with them.

I never seen a business that had either one star or five stars on all the reviews. It's unfortunate that they only allow you to give one star as your lowest rating. How is this place still in business with all the negativity on the reviews across multiple years? Why would you tell me almost 2 Days later we damaged jet skis and you can prove that we were the only ones that rode the jet skis? This business is sickening to the public. You couldn't even tell if the picture was taken in this decade. Why would he want me to send him pictures and video of what we have if we really did the damage two days later? It runs way better now and fast of course. Alot of his clients drive from Louisiana to get skis worked on by him. He even builds jetski from scratch to a high performance customized ski that competes better than brand new model. So happy I found this place. I got the run around with other places that never really fixed anything and overcharged me for upgrades. I know better and been going here for past 5 years. Love my ski!
