Staff are horrible. It's almost like they don't want you there. Of course when I sit down to get a massage the manager decided to remove the money from the machines. The manager hovers and makes you feel uncomfortable. There wasn't anyone here and the staff felt the need to be very strict on the rules against my wife and kids. They blew the whistle on them multiple times with no one there. My kids blatantly told me they don't want to come back because of how un-fun the staff made it. We'll spend our money elsewhere. so so much fun, but me and my friends spent $21 to basically get yelled at the entire time. we were the only ones there for over an hour, and they were so strict and even made my friends apologize for going into the toddler zone while no one was there. which not being allowed to go in there while children and toddlers are in there makes sense. however kicking out your only customers ruins business . there were two really cool and nice workers while we were there. read more

I used to go here all the time, and it was really fun. I went recently, and the staff were very rude. They made stupid rules like "no playing tag" and "no 1v1's on the court". Afterwards, we heard them talking bad about us behind our backs, and when we went to ask for water, the staff just stared at us and made rude comments before letting us buy water. The only chill one is Allen. Give him a raise. read more

A super cool place but they are WAY too strict about every rule. It is very expensive and doesn't include the socks that you have to buy from them (even though they are the same as every other jump park socks). You cannot even bring water bottles inside which seems absurd seeing the amount of energy and calories you are burning jumping around. The manager wouldn't talk to us about these issues - she whispered to her employees and made them do it. Spent over $100 for 2 hours of jump time and socks for 4 kiddos. Definitely not worth it - but would have definitely been more enjoyable without the super rude attitude and way over the top restrictions. There were a couple very nice teenagers working there who were apologetic about the rigid rules and height requirements that made our kids (all under 48") unable to do a few of the fun activities. read more

My 10-year-old son and all of his friends really enjoy coming here. It's a little bit on the expensive side for open play and the noise level is definitely too loud for young ears that are still developing! My watch warned me. Today the floors are sticky and the trash cans are overflowing. read more

If zero was an option I would absolutely use it. My first time was at Surge was a blast was a cane back for a second time was the experience was completely different. The staff lead by Kiashia on Friday July 7th was horrifying. I was denied a refund after being told, "what do you want me to do about it" when i asked why the offer for toddle time wasn't being afford as advertised online. I was not only disrespected but, also racially discriminated against. I am sadden and disappointed in the entire experience. Avoid at all cost there are so many other places to support. read more

Staff are rude and unprofessional. Me and my friend went to surge yesterday and we went on one of the obstacle course activities and one of the teenage workers were very rude. She told me and my friend one person at a time so i got off. Then she said we rolled her eyes at her when we never did. She was very rude and didn't seem professional at all. They also blocked off all the trampolines to clean them and my friend asked why they blocked the trampolines off and the teenage worker said it didn't matter. They also need more staff because half the things they had were either broke or not opened. I have been there multiple times and stuffs broke or never opened. I had to ask a lady to call someone to the desk to take our order to get snacks. It was also very expensive to get in the place was $44 dollars for 2 people‍. There were a couple other things that happened to. I just explained a couple. Next time i will be choosing skyzone I will definitely be calling up there and talking with them. read more

I have never been so humiliated and embarrassed as I was at the Surge in Edmond. In the middle of filling out the long required waiver, I had an emergency of the worst kind and needed the restroom. I quickly headed to the restroom, but was stopped by a female employee. When I told her it was an emergency, as I was still walking briskly but stiffly, she came toward me and again asked me to stop. I then told her I was shi##%$€ my britches and needed to go to the restroom! She adamantly refused to let me go to the restroom. I'm a 70 yr old Native American female with gray hair. This 35 or 40 yr old white female refused to let me use the restroom in my emergent plea. I left the building holding my $h¥# in, in front of an audience! I understand there are rules, but if she thought I was going to do harm to her place of business, she could have accompanied me or sent another employee. There were at least 7 other employees, 2 on the registers and the others looking at me, who could have helped. There were at least 4 other adult customers and several children who all were witness to my humiliation. Funny, the 2 working employees were Black and I am a brown Native American and 70 years old. I felt I was being discriminated because of my age and race. I also have hip and knee issues. Luckily for Surge, I do not have a handicap card, YET. This serious issue needs attention. Either get another employee with some compassion or make the restrooms more accessible to all customers. I will not be going back to Surge, nor would I recommend this place to anyone. read more

They have trampolines, but you're not allowed to do flips on them... as a cheerleader for 10 years this is absolutely absurd and bewildering to me! I genuinely don't understand that logic! Other than that, the overall look of the place is pretty cool!! My son even got in trouble for accidentally falling and hitting the MINI basketball rim. What is the point of a trampoline park you can't jump out! read more

Great park with tons to do. My kids ages 11, 8, and 6 loved it. Unfortunately, the upstairs carpet was dirty and there was trash on the downstairs floor that I myself cleaned up. At any given time there were 8-10 employees standing around doing nothing rather than working, cleaning, or supervising which is what I assume they are paid to do. Only put 1 star because there wasn't a ZERO!!!!! This place does NOT accommodate the ones who GIVE Surge MONEY - (Parents and Grandparents of kids playing there)!!!!! The Only seating provided was a HARD METAL BENCH with NO BACK at all on the HARD BENCHES !!!!! No way you can sit there for any length of time without killing your back!!!!! And to top that off they would NOT allow us to carry in our insulated WATER bottle, even after Giving Surge over $50.00 for grandkids to jump there!!!!! When they charge as much as Surge does for kids to jump & play, the least they could do is be a little kind & accommodating to the parents & grandparents who give them BIG BUCKS for the kids to play. All we need is a little kindness & a comfortable chair & our WATER!!!!! We will NEVER take ANY kids there AGAIN!!!!! Will NEVER step foot in this establishment AGAIN!!!!! read more
