If you have to do physical therapy, avoid this place like the plague! The office staff is incompetent. And that's being polite. Even the therapists in the back will talk about how inept they are. The therapists ignore you while you're there. The one girl doesn't even bother to say hello or ask how you're doing; she just sits at her computer the whole time while the interns run around getting you what you need. Don't you think she should at least ask what's going on to actually fill out the medical record? The one therapist walks around in clothes that are around 3 sizes too small. It's disgusting. Also, don't expect any privacy. Everything is talked about in the open. After using up all my insurance visits, I'm worse than when I started. Such a waste of time and money. If your insurance forces you to go here like mine did, don't plan on getting better! read more

This place is an absolute shit show. I would avoid at all costs. My fiance got an MRI here and never received any results. Nobody called him for 4 months. When he finally called them, they treated him rudely. Meanwhile they have been absolutely harassing us for payment when we already paid. They threatened to send us to collections and we have proof of payment. Trying to rectify is a nightmare - hard to get in touch with them, and their CS Reps are not knowledgable nor efficient. Aston therapy office poorly managed ! Employees are too busy to assist patients . Ask Walt and the blonde receptionist , they ll tell you . There is a sign in clip board that I was told nobody looks at ??? (Naybe they should take it away ). I waited 30 mins for my appt and eventually walked out after the ladies at reception desk ignored me for 10 mins and then the therapist took 20 mins taking Dunkin doughnut orders and left to go pick up order so the people (blonde) who work 12 hrs , get no time to eat ???? That's what I was told !!! Returned 2 days later for my next appt , same experience , when I decided to leave , I received all the info about how busy they are ??? TV in therapy area is for the enjoyment of staff , they watch all the time . Patients are doing therapy on their own and too busy too watch . Just like the television commercials I should probably start with a disclaimer. Speak with your doctor before making major medical decisions. That's exactly what I did and ended up with these incredible folks. This is a review of the practice as opposed to a specific doctor. Don't get me wrong, my doctor is fantastic but I'll let experts review them. Regarding the practice these folks really have their act together. * The appointment process is streamlined and pleasant. * 1st timers receive a pre-appointment telephone call to take care of the insurance stuff. * When you arrive, check in is a breeze. * I've been here several times and their timeliness has been great. * Checking out is equally easy. * Everyone I have spoken to has been uniformly pleasant and courteous. I am leaving this review specifically about the POTTSTOWN PA Premier Orthopedics location. Approximately six months ago I went to this location after my lower back had yet another "spasm". I saw Dr Pavilides who was fairly personable, although I did feel he was in a rush to get me out the door. He took X Rays and then directed me to get an MRI on my back (and both knees as they are beat up also) Meanwhile I soon found out that the insurance agent that sold me my medical policy lied to me when he told me the policy I paid for covered MRI's. I could not afford the $2000 or so out of pocket (at that juncture) so I suffered on and off for the past 6 months. My back just had another spasm and so I now have new insurance that I am told will cover these MRI's. So I asked the Dr's Nurse to -resend the scripts to the imaging center. She explained that I would need to come back into their office for a "Second Diagnosis" I explained that my condition only got worse and I really would appreciate it if she would just send the scripts over to the imaging center. She explained that the imaging center would not take the old scripts because they were "Assigned" or "Aligned" to my former insurance that did not cover the MRI's and therefore I would have to come back in. (Wearing of masks... Being on their "Conveyor Belt" -Charged my insurance several hundred dollars-was very humiliating the first time ) She had the audacity tell me their practice did nothing wrong and that I brought all of this chaos on myself. (As if I made my back spasm and that I made the insurance broker lie to me!) So I told her "I would take my business elsewhere, because they treat people like ANIMALS in their facility"... I just got a formal -FED Ex letter in the mail from PREMIER ORTHOPEDICS stating that they were terminating their services for me because of "alleged verbal abuse" of one of their staff members! Certainly I would not define any part of my interaction with her as "verbal abuse". Rather I was just asking (and assuming ) I would be treated like a human being. She evidently is so used to the whole-medical-insurance- "Stamp" on all their patients foreheads that she forgot how to treat a patient who is struggling with severe pain with any form of human compassion. I would NEVER recommend this facility to anyone! read more

I'm very disappointed in dr Levinburg at my last visit he was not taking the time he should've to understand my physical problems I felt like he was limiting his time with me also was not concerning of asking me if I'm experiencing any issues I felt like I wanted to ask him so much but he was very non concerned for it only being my third time seeing him and the fact he had a intern following him. Anyway he really disappointed me I thought he was gonna do wonders for my pain and help my osteoarthritis in my spine and other very serious spinal stenosis etc...he just wasn't interested so I found another dr I'm so ready to feel some relief from this pain throughout my body and spine it's debilitating , I didn't want any type of Narcotics I an already in pain management obviously it's not working so I locked nonstop for another dr thank god I found one who's willing to help me and listen to me. Again i was very disappointed with dr Levinburg. I'm used to being independent so I need someone to believe in me and just help I'm going for my dirt spinal injection Tuesday can't wait to not feel pain. read more
