This review is long overdue and deserved. We hired Shansan for two dates in March to shuttle our…read morewedding guests to and from 2 events we were having. Since everyone was traveling to Scottsdale for our wedding we figured having transportation would allow everyone to fully enjoy our wedding and pool party. After sending numerous emails, text messages and receiving photos of the bus to be used to shuttle our guests, we signed the agreement. Fast forward to the day of my wedding and I'm in the desert, having photos taken with my family and the bus driver calls to inform me he's at the pick up location but the air conditioning isn't working. There was not a back up plan he said and nothing we could do to remedy the issue. The guests were picked up and then began to inform me of the lack of air conditioning, ripped and dirty seats and the driver hadn't even bothered to open the windows of the bus. This was not the bus Shansan the owner sent me photos of either. I tend to think they knew the AC was broken because the driver of this supposed luxury party bus company showed up in gym shorts and a t-shirt to deliver my guests to a wedding at Troon North. The driver also didn't have directions or a working cell phone to navigate to the venue. My guests had to provide that as well as their own music...on a so called luxury party bus. After hearing from our guests that they didn't want to take the bus again, I contacted Shansan to say we'd like to speak about the final remainder due. Instead of responding he promptly charged our card for the remainder and went silent. After weeks trying to gain a resolution I finally got ahold of this James guy who strung me along on numerous emails stating he is working for someone who bought the company and if I am patient we will have a resolution - but make sure not to write a social media review or there will be no resolution. Honestly, I think James is actually Shansan and the change of ownership is a hoax. I think they were hoping I would eventually forget and not proceed in this manner. Needless to say, there was no resolution - we did not receive a refund and after sending them one final email last week to give them one last chance, there is not a response from Shansan or James or anyone. All I have to say is buyer beware!

I was extremely disappointed with my experience…read more My wedding took place during the Formula 1 weekend in downtown Phoenix, so before our wedding day we specifically contacted the company to confirm they were aware of the road closures and that transportation to the ceremony would still be possible. We were assured that they understood the situation and would be able to complete the pickup. My cousin even provided their team with a map of where we were and road closures for any guidance (as a transportsion company they should be doing that, not the costumers!!) Despite those assurances, the bus never picked us up, and I ultimately had to walk through downtown Phoenix in my wedding dress to get to my ceremony. The most disappointing part was how this was handled afterward. It took nearly 3 months and multiple follow-up emails before I finally received a response. Rather than acknowledging that the communication before our wedding led us to rely on their assurances instead of making alternative arrangements, they denied any responsibility and declined to offer any form of goodwill compensation, even though I never requested a full refund!! I understand that road closures were outside of their control. My concern has always been the communication leading up to the event. Had we been told that pickup could not be guaranteed, we would have planned for that. Instead, we were told the service would still be possible, and it wasn't. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this company. Trust is one of the most important qualities in a transportation provider, especially on a wedding day. When a company assures you they can provide a service and then fails to do so, it's difficult to have confidence in them for such an important event.
