My first impression was that I finally found a professional designer who will eventually help me to complete design for my business. Unfortunately, it was just an impression. The designer at the beginning was nice and friendly but later on he was acting like he does want to help me anymore. He was just sitting in front of his computer and making design without even asking my opinion. Whether I like it or not he did not care. I had a feeling that he wants to complete his job so I can leave him alone. That's what I did. I paid him and told him to forget about it. I don't like to deal with people like that. They were WONDERFUL! I was calling everyone in Monterey to embroider my graduation stole. They were one of two places who said they would actually be able to embroider it and the only place who said they could finish it by the date I needed. The gentleman that helped was very polite and helpful. We came up with the perfect design together and he had both graduation stoles back to us next day (which was way before we were expecting it.)
