This bank is awful. I went there today went to the drive thru to do 2 transaction the teller was…read moresandra she completed my transaction and she asked me was there anything else she could do. I told her yes my mom needed a transaction done than she proceeded to tell me to drive back around which we thought was ridiculous never heard of such a thing before so I drove around and we went inside the back instead. Also they have another teller there named amelada she does not know what small bills mean. Wells fargo better step up there game upgrade get tellers that have better customer service skills. If they keep it up they will not have anymore customers. I know a lot of customers that complain about this bank, there are to many banks around in that area.
