He was extremely helpful and talked about the different batteries/cartridge options, gummies, etc. as well as how to use. I liked him so I decided to support this particular shop and make a purchase. After my purchase, I was home trying to get the dog-gone thing to work (that's cleaner language than what I was using). I couldn't get the battery/vape to work so I headed back and explained my situation. There was a clog or something and everything was kind of a mess. He took care of it and I was on my way and able to try it out later that day. He went above and beyond to assist me.
