While at the grocery store, my roommate was waiting in the car and checking out his product and when he opened it he realized the disposable cart had leaked. No biggie, we hadn't left town yet thankfully. When I returned to the store with the product and receipt, the same budtender and his manager quickly and easily helped me to do a product exchange.
