A year later she has not filed the claim correctly and continues to be rude over the phone. On top of the rude service the dental hygienist recommended services that were NOT needed. I'm glad I went and received a second opinion or else I would of owed them over a thousand dollars for a service I didn't need.

After the charges were submitted to my insurance, my EOB showed that all charges were paid & that my balance was zero. When I called Andrea to request a refund of the $50 deposit, she told me that I had a balance due of $44. I asked how, when the insurance shows that everything was covered and there was zero owed by me, Andrea stated that there was one charge that the insurance did not reimburse. The EOB clearly included the service that Andrea stated was not covered as paid. When I requested that I be sent a detailed invoice regarding the charges for services, Andrea laughed at me, told me "good luck finding another dentist" and hung up on me. When I called back to find out when Andrea would be sending a detailed invoice regarding the services provided and to request that Andrea resubmit the cost that she stated was not reimbursed by insurance to the insurance company I was placed on hold for over 25 minutes before being disconnected. I called back several times only to be continually placed on hold, my calls disconnected, or the recorded voice stating to continue on hold only to be forced into voice mail and disconnected when it came time to leave a message.

There was no pressure to agree to any of the other services they provide, like clear aligners for cosmetic purposes. Karen at the front desk was so accommodating and cheerful. There were a few other ladies in office who were also friendly and greeted us, but I didn't catch their names. With technology today, you should be able to access a person's account immediately. If you call you may, like me, have insurance asking a bunch of questions and asking for prior documentation of reasoning why you are seeing them. I provided this difficulty to Jordan and he said he would call and verify everything with my insurance prior to my visit. I expressed on the phone if it wasn't covered I am not doing the procedure. I came to my visit and asked Jordan after your discussion, "Is my insurance covering this?" And he said YES. DON'T BELIEVE THEM!!! After I paid Dr. Wahib, I submitted the claims and my insurance told me that I was not covered for anything and that no one from the office called them back, they viewed the last call records from the dates I called and nothing else. When I called the office back to report my issues, they said there is nothing they can do. That is that: No TMJ help, out of THOUSANDS of dollars and nothing to show for it.

Dr. Wahib was extremely helpful and comforting in the entire process. I have been told I was one of the more severe cases, I believed my teeth could not be fixed with braces. I will be getting the braces off soon but I still can not believe how great my teeth look. The process has been much easier then expected, when something has gone wrong I am usually able to see Dr. Wahib quickly. The entire experience has been great so far, I am always greeted when I walk in the office and my appointments are usually right as scheduled. Dr. Wahib always answers any questions I may have, he may actually be more excited then I am to get my braces off. He really does care about his patients. Upon arrival and check in - the receptionist was EXTREMELY rude. The receptionist LOUDLY and ignorantly says - "were you in a fight?" When they said no. She then states "well me and my coworker were talking about it and couldn't figure out how you had so many broken teeth and I was gonna send you to Metro" Continuing with check in. She asks about insurance and then asked me where my sister worked. And during check in, the receptionist picked up the phone. Rudely ignoring my sister and BIL and has a conversation with whoever was on the phone. They were so disgusted by her lack of professionalism and how embarrassed she made them feel for trying to get help.
