This office is a complete mess from start to finish…read more Despite my mom calling ahead of time and clearly explaining that my sister would be bringing me, the receptionist still stopped us mid-paperwork to interrogate my sister and then flat-out said I would not be getting my teeth cleaned unless a parent physically showed up. No attempt to problem-solve. No professionalism. Just attitude. Because of THEIR incompetence, my dad had to leave work just to come sign papers that should've been handled before we even arrived. It somehow got worse once I was taken back. I was moved between three different rooms because none of their X-ray equipment was working. While I was being bounced around, staff openly complained to each other about how many rooms they "had to clean" and even said things like, "She wasn't really in here, so we only have to wipe it down." Hearing staff talk like that about sanitation while you're literally the patient is beyond uncomfortable and honestly disgusting. The dentist was the only pleasant part of this entire visit. Everyone else -- especially the receptionist -- was rude, dismissive, and acted like patients were an inconvenience rather than the reason they have jobs. Zero organization. Zero communication. Zero respect for patients' time. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

You're acting like a baby." & then he dropped his tool on the tray and just walked out. He hurt my son's feelings so badly and it was a terrible experience. He clearly does not work well with kids or have patience for kids. After we left my son was just crying and saying I'm sorry mama, I guess I am just a baby. I feel so dumb. it was awful. I recently moved this area from Austin and wanted to find a Dentist that would accept my military…read moredental insurance. I served 30 years in military and for the 20 years I have been retired, I have never had an issue until this office. It's really sad they will not accept the most common dental insurance for military. But I had heard great things from my neighbors about this dentist and I wanted to go somewhere local instead of driving back to Austin. So, for the first time in over 20 years since I retired, I changed my insurance. I bought a top tier (Aetna PPO) insurance which was considerably more than the dental insurance I paid for as a military retiree. But again, I wanted to establish with a local dentist. Long before my appointment, I completed all the paperwork and provided the office with all of my insurance information. Imagine my surprise when at the end of my meeting, the office person said I owed them $500+! Again, since the day I scheduled the appointment, which was several weeks before the appointment, I never heard a word. In fact the person who made the appointment wouldn't provide me with an appointment until she verified my insurance the coverage. I am a licensed healthcare professional and in the 20 years in the private practice I worked in, the people in our office also did this work, verifying insurance and what is covered and not covered. I was in simply for a routine check-up and cleaning. I had no issues and no work other than a cleaning was done. They did take a lot of x-rays which I do understand, but they also did panoramic radiograph. In other dentists office they have requested the panograph so I wouldn't have to go through it. I see in this office they are more about finding ways to bill your insurance as much as possible. I know the panograph wasn't necessary and the last one I had taken down in Austin was only 3 years old. I told them I would not pay the $500 and informed them of my medical license. I was then told I could pay $106 and if the insurance didn't cover, I would have to pay the balance and if I overpaid, they would return the overpayment. I checked with my insurance and it covered everything and I informed their office in March that they owed me for the overpayment. I received an email stating they had not received payment but would send the check as soon as they receive payment from the insurance. It has been three months and I know from my insurance they have in fact been paid but three months later... still no refund for the overpayment. This is essentially fraud. They do NOT support Military members. The dentist I used to see in Austin took my insurance the military provided and NEVER once asked me to pay anything extra. It's a long drive but I would prefer to go back to that practice that treated me with respect and didn't try to overcharge me. I have heard there are other reliable dentists in Marble Falls and Bee Cave but as retired military and a healthcare professional, I do not recommend this practice.

By the time I get to the office the young gentlemen at the desk has a clip board with my paperwork ready to roll and they have me processed and in a chair in 15 minutes. Doc hooks me up with the medicine I need to fight the toothache and has me back in the chair in 4 days. When I return for the tooth extraction the doc and his lovely assistant come in numb the tooth and again in about a 30 minute window if not less job is done and I'm out of there. When I arrived the staff was very friendly and the waiting room had a nice, calming atmosphere.
