The ENTIRE staff from check in to check out were absolutely amazing! We checked in promptly at 7:55 for our 8am appointment and had a brief wait until we were both brought back to the exam rooms. My X-ray tech was professional, friendly and not only did he explain the process he also asked me if I had any questions. Next was my hygienist and again she was friendly, professional and also asked me if I had any concerns or questions. The billing office was the same, professional, friendly and explained everything as well. Not sure why all the negative reviews here on Yelp when the reviews on their website (Google) are much, much more positive. I would recommend these folks should you need dental work. When we got back to our car I asked my husband how his visit was and he had the same opinion as I did and he had different staff members than I did. I have used them in the past and although it took them 3 times trying to make dentures for me, they finally agreed to refund my original purchase price for them. I would not recommend this particular practice to anyone. If I could give their service a 0, I would. Oh and I called to lodge a complaint over the phone and my request was supposed to have been upgraded to one of their senior complaint supervisors who was supposed to call me, which never happened. Was all a scam, went to another dentist and in fact did not need any of the work told to me by lush dental and do NOT have infections. If I had said infections why wasn't I given antibiotics by lush dental at the time of the appt? Anyways, I won't be going back and had my dental work done elsewhere
