Both times I called an answering machine picked up and I left a message indicating that I would like to talk to her about retaining her services and why. I never heard back from her, not a peep. If she was unavailable for any reason it would have been the professional act to call me back and tell me that she was unable to help at this time. I have never needed attorneys in the past and at one time had thought of changing my major to law. So, it was rather disappointing to have my first call to one end up in unprofessional rudeness.
